Dear Russian Foreign Minister,
On behalf of the Government of France, I would like to make an official visit to the Russian Empire to continue our government's commitment to an excellent Russian and French relationship, in the past our relationship has never been as strong as our countries would have liked but I would like to change that. Across the visit, I would like to discuss economic, cultural and military affairs in order for our countries to forge a closer relationship.
