My name is Jean LePen and I am contacting you and the DPRK on behalf of the Republic of France. It is my hope that with this message we may begin positive diplomatic ties between our two nations which will help us build our economies and strengthen our militaries.

France is also interested in acquiring military equipment from the DPRK. France, would also be willing to sell you French made military equipment.

I would also like to discuss with you in person the possibility of building French made automobiles in factories built by North Koreans and and that will employ North Koreans that manufacture them. We would also like to discuss assisting you in modernizing your rail transport and roads. Which of course will benfit the military greatly.

I would really like to sit down and discuss with you the many projects we have in mind that will produce jobs for our citizens that will of course, boost the economy of the State.

We also would like to import french cars in North-Korea if possible. The DPRK will be investing billions of dollars in infrastructure, education, health and defense. We would appreciate your help in modernizing of the rail transport and roads in North-Korea. We are also currently interested into the Renault TRM 10 000 for troop transport and would like to acquire 250. We also would like to buy 5 AMX-30 AU F2 which we would like to test. Thank you for your response. I will let you know privately that upwards of between 30-40% of France's population believes in some form of communism/socialism. It may not be exactly as your country practices, but we in France do certainly all agree on: France First.

I assume you adhere to the same philosophy.

As far as the Renault TRM's and the AMX-30 AU F1's (They are as Modern as we can make). We will provide you of them free of charge.

It is a gesture of goodwill. Not charity.

Once you try our products and their multiple variants, both land, sea and air.

We can outline with products that will allow you to go toe to toe with the South Koreans at the fraction of the cost the South Korean lackeys pay to their monkey Americans.

I implore you to visit me for an extended stay in France where we can hammer out all of these projects.

I look forward to meeting with Pea Yeon-Woo. As far as Air assets, I would recommend the Mirage 5. It is a super-sonic attack craft, with 5 external hardpoints that can carry up to that have the ability to hold up tp 4000kg of bombs as well as can be armed with up to 4 air to air missiles or rockets. Perfect for shirt range bombing runs or interceptor missions.

As far as helicopters we can offer the Aerospatile SA342. It is a light-weight multi-role helicopter. As far as Naval needs we can offer the Al-Madinah Class Frigate . The amount of armament is incerdible for such a small vessel.

For the Mirage 5 the price will be $10,000,000 each.
For the Aerospatile SA342 the price will be #3,500,000.
The Al-Madinah Class Frigate will be 125,000,000 each.
