Going back more than half a millennium the French and Iranian states have had positive relations, interrupted only by the unfortunate theocracy that preceded your King's recent ascent. The French Empire is ecstatic to see not just the end of religious fanaticism but even the return of one of the world's oldest countries with a monarchy.

Considering historical relations and the in our view great compatibility of our current governments, on behalf of Her Imperial Majesty the Empress of the French, I wish to propose renewing Franco-Iranian relations and holding a meeting between our two offices to discuss the establishment of cooperation in multiple fields of interest.

With the Iranian acceptance of the invitation, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs would send specific details about the meeting and coordinate arrival times and meeting times, as well as request details of the transport method so that the Imperial Air and Space Force and other segments of French security infrastructure could be ready to guarantee the safe arrival and security of Lord Bishtun-an-És in France. For their part France would relay the confirmations back as well so the Iranians could fly into French airspace at the agreed upon date and time. Once there they would be received with full honours and by a reception committee of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs before being escorted to a protected motorcade. A limousine was reserved for His Lordship while additional SUVs were there to transport any aides and/or security. The convoy itself was then protected by six vehicles from the National Gendarmerie who would escort the motorcade to the Ministry.
