[France] Prevention of Further French Instability

As all of what the Argentine diplomat had done to try and get the Brazilian diplomats out of their embassy in Paris was public, the Patriots, Nationalists, Reds, and Unionists would all know of this act done by the Argentine. Due to the Brazilians idiotic threats and acts towards the French, the protesters would have formed a 'pact' of sorts to use the public sidewalks and public streets to blockade the embassy in legal acts of protests. Such as demanding the arrestation of the Brazilian diplomats and Argentine diplomats.

No violent act would be committed and the protesters would simply stand on public property to prevent those they believed to be criminals from escaping their crimes. A grand total of five thousand protesters had marched through the Parisian streets to prevent what they believed to be an injustice.

However, the French government knew about these protests in front of the Brazilian embassy, of course, but all of this knowledge had been private of course. The GIGN had been called upon by the Minister of Defense, Florence Parly, the militarized police force quickly spread across France to arrest all Argentine and Brazilian career consulates officers, diplomatic service staff, honorary consular officers, and consular employees. Their families, however, were all given a plane ticket to the capital of their country and were told that they have forty-eight hours to leave the country.

While these arrests were being made, thirteen GIGN Sherpa 2 armored vehicles raced towards the Brazilian embassy in Paris. Thirty-nine highly trained and armed GIGN officers were within the armored truck and accompanying them was one Minister Florence Parly, Minister of Defense for France. The protesters were resistant when the trucks first arrived but after noticing the armed GIGN officers stepping out of the vehicles, they made room for the Sherpa 2 armored vehicles to blockade the embassy. The GIGN officers would keep the protesters at bay and keep an eye on the embassy to assure that none had any weapons.

Minister Florence Parly would step out of one of the armored vehicles. "Good day," she would say to the Argentine diplomat, "the government of France hereby names you a persona non grata, you are, therefore, recalled to your country. As for all the Brazilian diplomats within the embassy, the same is said to you. Furthermore, all service staff within the Brazilian embassy are hereby arrested for espionage, terrorism, corruption, and purposely causing instability within the French State. Argentine consular officers, honorary consular officers, service staff, and consular employees are currently all under arrest for the same crimes. As for all the Ford Transit vans that have been hired, we are seizing them immediately as evidence of the Argentine diplomatic mission trying to help the Brazilian diplomats escape their crimes against the French Republic.

The six drivers that you have taken to drive these vans are also under arrest. Mind you, dear Argentine diplomat, you are not under arrest nor detained and you and your Brazilian counterpart along with the administrative staff may leave whenever they like through the Sherpa 2 armored vehicles to the first airport outside of Paris. However, the service staff within the Brazilian embassy are under arrest and to assure that their arrestations are made, we ask that every single Brazilian coming out of the embassy gives us their identifications to assure that justice is kept."

At the Argentine Embassy, four GIGN Sherpa 2 armored vehicles raced towards the embassy. Twelve armed GIGN officers, along with their commander, would step out of the vehicles. The commander would have a megaphone in hand.

"This is Sergeant Phillip Richelieu of the GIGN," he would identify himself, "the Argentine embassy is hereby closed and all diplomatic agents and members of the administrative and technical staff have been issued persona non grata and you have forty-eight hours to leave France. However, the service staff within the Argentine embassy are under arrest for espionage, terrorism, corruption, and purposely causing instability within the French State. We ask that all members of the embassy exit with their identifications so that we may properly identify those who are under arrest.

The argentine diplomatic personnel who weren't illegally detained by the French Government would leave the country, but only after destroying all sensible documents and information contained in the computers of the Embassy and Consulates. It would be impossible to recover them. Given however that the argentine Embassy and Residence were property of the argentine State, it would continue to belong to Argentina unless the French Republic would pay the corresponding compensation to acquire them.

In the mean time, the Argentine Republic would continue to demand that the detained argentine and brazilian personnel be released IMMEDIATLY, in order for France to comply with its legal obligations.

Contrary to popular belief, most diplomatic missions do not enjoy full extraterritorial status and – in those cases – are not sovereign territory of the represented state. Rather, the premises of diplomatic missions usually remain under the jurisdiction of the host state while being afforded special privileges (such as immunity from most local laws) but since the Diplomatic Mission of Brazil and Argentina had been closed and enough time was given for them to destroy any sensible information, the embassy buildings were fully French.

All those who had been declared under arrest were therefore under arrest and the embassies and consulates seized.

However, as the Brazilian diplomats had not left after 48hours of being named persona non grata, even when the GIGN had offered to escort them via armored vehicles to the first airport outside of Paris. Instead, they remained in the embassy. So, they were arrested along with the others, even their ambassador. Upon entering the Argentine and Brazilian embassies and consulates, the French would search for any sensitive information, from papers to digital information. Unfortunately finding nothing.

But, thankfully, the French had the Brazilians and Argentine under arrest. But not everyone in the Macron government agreed with the arrestation of the Argentines, however, due to the Communists had brought up arms in Paris, a proper decision could not yet be made on whether or not to release the Argentines.

"The Brazilians were never allowed to leave as you have said many times yourself, that it was unsafe." With the current events going on with the Brazilians and the Argentine, most of the protesters had remained silent, apart from those who had marched unto the Brazilian Embassy in Paris.

"We were trapped. As you said time and again, even when we asked for assistance, you said it was out of your hands."

Greetings, It has now been nearly ten days since I announced the closing of our embassies. When will you be able to declare that the city of Paris is safe enough? Have you stopped the Yellow-Vest Movement, yet? Or are they in control of your capital? I request at the least if you cannot guarantee the safety of my diplomatic staff, I ask that you please provide with basic essentials like food and water. Minister Florence Parly would speak about the matter. "I apologize about the French government not being able to secure the safe passage of Brazilian diplomats through Paris. However, the protests within Paris are far too dense for us to be able to do so without harming our own citizens which would be against international laws regarding human rights. I once again, publicly, recommend for Brazilian diplomats to remain within their embassy in Paris to assure their own safety against the mob of the Yellow Vests, the 'Reds', and the Nationalists. If Brazil refuses to hear our warnings and remain stationary until the French government can disperse the protesters then it is entirely out of our hands what happens. Your continued threats to the sovereignty of France is getting quite annoying. Quite frankly, after Brazil threatened to shoot down Minister Mohammed Ahmed's plane while it was flying back to France is not placing Brazilian diplomats on our priority list. And now that you have threatened the lives of all 67,120,000 Frech citizens, they will not look kindly on your diplomats. So again; remain within the embassy in Paris for your own safety, we cannot reach you and thus we cannot defend you if things go south. Furthermore, if we see any Brazilian warships within French waters then I assure you that France will take that as an act of war and all of Europe will retaliate." Minister Florence Parly's speech would finish.

As the French President had promised, all Argentine diplomats that had been arrested during Macron's regime were released. The President himself would apologize to each and every single one of them as their plane tickets were purchased by the French government and from the closest airport to their detained locations, would fly back to Buenos Aires.

No one was hurt and no Argentine diplomat had been interrogated during Macron's regime.

Officials at the argentine ministry of foreign affairs would call their french counterpart privately and demand for the reasons behind the new french President had not held its word on releasing the brazilian personnel, as agreed.

In the meantime, all argentine diplomatic staff in France would be recalled to Argentina. In Buenos Aires, replacements would be decided and would eventually be dispatched to Paris. This would happen in the comming weeks. In the meantime, only the consulates would be working in France.

The Government of Èire would authorise the closure of its embassy in Paris due to the unstable nature of French politics given the current situation. Irish citizens are advised to report to the embassy for collection and transport home. The Government of Èire would request that it citizens be granted safe passage out of the country until collection and transport reached its conclusion. Those citizens wishing to stay may do so albeit at their risk and with respect to their hosts. On a final note, The Government of Èire would request that Irish citizens engaged in supporting Anarchist or Communist movements be interned and upon notification handed over to Irish security personnel for prosecution.
