The South Korean delegation would arrive. They would be shocked to find that they are the only delegation in attendance at this moment, especially given the seriousness of this situation.

Argentina public make a public call for all GA Members to attend the meeting in order to find a peaceful solution and negotiated the end of hostilities.

Argentina would also publicly submit to the Court and all GA members the transcripts of the telephone conversation with the french Government, were it promised to release the brazilian diplomats and drop the ICJ cases if Brazil where to publicly apologize. After the brazilian President did this, France ended the call and refused to hold his aprt of the bargain.

Brazil did take a bold move here, but France is equally responsible for fueling this conflict.

The Chinese Representation would arrive and attend the meeting.

Brazilian representative Juan Veldez would arrive, nod in the directions of his South Korean and Chinese counterparts and then take his seat. He would carry with him 2 separate USB's, Transcripts proving the failures of the French government in the initial stages of the Brazilian Embassy Crisis in Paris, further escalated by the arrest and detention of its Embassy workers, that eventually to the conflagration of events in Guiana. He would have paper files as well.

He would wonder how many participants here would be fair and impartial. Given that many have made up their minds, given social media posts, how they already felt before they arrived. He would then send an encrypted text to a colleague, saying attendance is currently low.

Jacob Wei, the newly-appointed delegation to the GA for the Kingdom of Singapore, would arrive at the meeting in support of the country's French ally.
