The High Commander for the GAPFOR would request that the Republic of Poland ManBear, present its possible deployment for the GAPFOR Forces, the commander would inform if it was possible to deploy at least 100 to 300 fast patrol vehicles like APC's, Patrol Cars, IFVs. Alongside a force of at least 1000 to 3000 Soldiers, if possible and within Polish Capabilities. With the Kingdom of Spain being the current High Commander of the GAPFOR, it would insist on deploy the biggest force due to its responsibilities and role, the Spanish will be able to deploy around 10'000 Troops via deployment batches, alongside an assortment of vehicles and aircraft.

The Provisional Government J.Hyde would be asked if it was possible for the GAPFOR to create two new Operating Bases near Harare made by the GAPFOR Forces, with an two airstrip and long term accommodations for GAPFOR Forces. Meanwhile preparations would start to be made by the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Spain for its deployment plans.

Poland is glad to agree to the terms to the best of its ability. So far Poland has begun mobilizing the 2nd Legion Mechanized Brigade. The Mobilization plan is as follows:

2nd Legion Mechanized Division

3,000 Personnel

OT-64 SKOT - 60 - APC
Tarpan Honker - 56 - Patrol Car
Star 266 - 111 - Logistics Truck
MS-20 Daglez - 10 - Bridging Vehicle
WTZ-3 - 14 - Armoured Recovery Vehicle
MID Bizon-S - 4 - Engineering Tank

Polish Strategic Air Lift Command

7 Personnel

C-5A Galaxy - 1 - Military Transport

22nd Tactical Air Base

50 Personnel

C-130J - 2 - Military Transport

Poland hopes this proposed deployment is acceptable to Commander of GAPFOR-Zimbabwe.

Privately the High Command would praise the Republic of Poland for the well thought deployment, it would be informed that it was accepted. Command would start to draw plans for Poland in order to deployment to their assigned Zone(s), they would probably be assigned Operation Yellow Birch which would focus on Peacekeeping and Insurgency Control in Zone 1 and Zone 2. The Polish would be informed that their deployment, if within their capabilities could increase as time goes by.

Meanwhile Plans would start to be drawn up for the Spanish Deployments, which would come in the following hours. The lack of participating nations would have its toll on the GAPFOR.

Permission is granted for GAPFOR to act with almost unlimited impunity. The only requirement imposed is that a strict Rules Of Engagement regime be enforced among the units of GAPFOR, which would match the Irish Army units that were tasked with law enforcement of the capital, Harare. The ROE was simply that lethal force was to be avoided at all costs, unless members of GAPFOR were attacked with lethal force first. There was also a request that the protection of civilians from any fighting that may break out also be considered as a priority matter.

With no real or any semblance of a governmental structure in Zimbabwe in place with its colapse in order for the GAPFOR to cooperate, the GAPFOR-Zimbabwe would be terminated, with no troop movements by any of its members as it was still in preparation it would be easier to inform the members that this peacekeeping force would not come into fruition. Planning would still be stored for a possible future mission to the region encase another government rises up to cooperation.
The Operation would not be in vain as it would have given its members a new sense of preparation and experience in planning future military operations, being now easier for the member states and militaries to plan and experiment for future deployment. The Kingdom of Spain would thank Poland for its stauch participation in planning and help and hope to continue to cooperate with them in the near future.

Operation Terminated.
