HELLO HELLO [DATE]: 06/11/2017 Voting for the "Strategic Arms Limitation and Tabulation" is hereby closed. Resolution PASSED with 10 approvals (Majority) out of 15 participating members. All members are expected to register devices on the Strategic Arms Registry, in a timely fashion. FINAL COPY - APPROVED [RESOLUTION FOR STRATEGIC ARMS LIMITATION & TABULATION] HELLO HELLOWe, the representatives and constituent states of the Global Assembly, REMEMBERING the horrors of Chemical and Biological Weapons (hereafter, CBWs) used in combat, Having experienced the Battle of Europe in 2002 and 2003, Having witnessed the horrors of WWI from 1914 to 1919, DEFINE, that for the purposes of this Resolution, the following terms shall be so defined CHEMICAL WEAPONS Any toxic chemical or its precursor that can cause death, injury, temporary incapacitate or sensory irritation through its chemical action. Munitions or other delivery devices designed to deliver chemical weapons (Whether filled or unfilled) are also considered weapons themselves. BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS Any microbial or other biological agents, or toxins whatever their origin or method of production, of types and in quantities that have no justification for prophylactic, protective or other peaceful purposes; Weapons, equipment or means of delivery designed to use such agents or toxins for hostile purposes or in armed conflict. DECLARES, that for the continuance of world peace and humanity of warfare, we will extend to the greatest of our abilities the limitation and registration of CBWs THAT to these ends, members of the Global Assembly must declare their Chemical and Biological Weapons. Either by an official statement or registration on an international registry. Declarations must include quantities, areas effect of these weapons and a categorization of them. It is not required to include specific types, nor launching platforms. THAT to these ends, members of the Global Assembly will support disarmament of weapons of Mass Destruction. THAT to these ends, countries will seek to disarm their own WMD Arsenals in a short time frame, being open to GA Investigation. THAT to these ends, the development and construction of new CBWs, shall be prohibited. THAT to these ends, the Global Assembly shall commission a multilateral weapons inspection agency (Hereafter, Department of Disarmament) in order to ensure that the strictures established by this resolution are properly undertaken.
