[Germany] Call from the Royal Household of Germany

Upon request from the Kaiser, Federal Minister of the Royal Household Celina Kästner set up a private, encrypted call with the Royal Estate of the United Kingdom, hoping for an answer and praying that Her Majesty would be willing to agree to such a proposal from the Kaiser.

The phone call would be received by the administrators of the Royal Household, leading a gruelling process of of arranging availability for Her Majesty to take the call. Throughout that time, the German Representatives were kept up to date on the progress between time they were on hold. Eventually, they'd be informed the Queen herself is available to talk with the Kaiser and has accepted the request. The phone was put on hold again for a few moments whilst it was patched through on a private and secure line with the Kaiser, where the Queen spoke, "Good Evening" she spoke softly. Unsure of the purpose of the call, but answered with intrigue.

"Good evening, your Majesty. I hope I did not disturb you." Friedrich greeted with equal parts respect and enthusiasm. In the time it had taken to be connected to the Queen, the Federal Minister for the Royal Household had managed to get the Kaiser at a time where he was not busy.

"I had hoped to get in touch a little sooner, but I do understand, you truly must've been busy with your country's affairs."

There was a continued silence for a few spare seconds after the German Delegate stopped talking, "Not at all" she responded, clearly been polite.. it was a hectic schedule been a member of the Royal Family as it was, muchless the Queen. Nonetheless, she approached the call positively and politely. "I imagine your own schedule keeps you otherwise occupied, but it is a pleasure to speak with you. I suspect your call was more than a greeting, however?". She fell silent to give him an opportunity to respond and potentially raise his concern, question or topic he'd wish to discuss.
