Guten Tag Sir or Madam, The German Embassy in Tokyo has alerted my office here in Berlin to the apprehension of two citizens of "German" nationality. While I am aware of the riot that had taken place only about a week ago, I must insist that, before the Japanese government makes such a strong accusation of these suspected vandals being of German nationality, that our offices cooperate with one-another in order to ensure that what is being stated is the truth, and furthermore, if these were German citizens. In short, I am requesting, on behalf of His Imperial & Royal Majesty, the Kaiser, that your government disclose any legally-identifying documentation with the German Embassy in Tokyo, and CC the aforementioned documentation to the Federal Foreign Office. If it is found that you have arrested two innocent citizens with no real or objective basis, just because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time, I expect that the Japanese government compensate these two for their troubles, and send them on the next flight home ASAP. If, however, it is found that these are German citizens — who you claim to have participated or perhaps even helped to incite the riots — then it is by the authority of the Federal Ministry of Justice that I humbly request that, if it is legal to do so, that these two are extradited back to German soil to be kept in custody until a joint trial can be reached by our respective governments. Understand that this is a serious accusation to the Federal Government of the German Reich, and that we both must uphold the law for our respective nations. Dear Karsten Jürke

We would like you to know that the two suspects are indeed german citizens.

The first suspect is Tobiaz Schwartz. Born on December 6, 1995. He is 23 years old and lives in Schillerstrasse 92, 86545 Aichach.
He got arrested for vandalizing the streets and destruction of private property. He got fined for 2 500 euros. He has payed the fine and is now free. The police escorted him to the airport and is heading to Berlin.

The second suspect is Mario Herrman. Born on July 21, 1967 and is 51 years old. He lives in Prager Str 84, 82303 Starnberg.
Mr. Herrman has been arrested for vandalizing the streets and destruction of private property. He also a suspect of the death of a police officer. Eyewitnesses have seen him hit the police officer with a rock. The police are currently verifying if what the eyewitnesses said is true. Until then he remains in custody.

We will keep you informed if anything changes.

Herr Tarō Kōno, Simply telling me that these are German citizens and expecting me to believe it is not good enough for the German government. Both the Embassy in Tokyo and I have made our demands very clear: present to us any legal documentation that these two had on them for cross-reference with any ID that could be found in our databases. Otherwise, I cannot in good conscience accept that what you state is the truth. It is nothing against you or your government personally, but I am trying to do my job properly. The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs took to at least a week cross-analyzing the visas to any German citizens that were abroad as of the moment. Officially, it was found that both of them were, indeed, German citizens after it was found that their passports matched the numbers on the sheets. Federal Minister Karsten Jürke would offer his thanks to the Japanese government, and set up a trial at the federal level for Tobiaz Schwartz for April, and would await police investigation from the Japanese government into Mario Hermann; the federal government of Germany also offered to assist in police investigation with a sharing of intelligence between Japanese and German federal police.

Dear Karsten Jürke

After a long search the police where unable to find enough evidence to hold Mr Mario Hermann any longer. Mr. Hermann was cleared for the charge of manslaughter. The police have released and escorted Mr. Hermann to airport and is now headed to Berlin.

Mr. Hermann and Mr. Schwartz have both received a 5 Year long travel ban to Japan for vandalizing the streets of Tokyo and destruction of private property.

We would also like to apologize to The Ministery of foreign affairs for the long waiting periods.
