The Kaiser took the time to start inspecting the bottles when they were handed to him. It was certainly an expensive wine, from what he could understand...but, he wasn't a wine connoisseur, so he could not really deliberate whether it was worth it or not.
"Well, I personally do not drink, but my wife likes to have a glass now and again. I thank you for your gift, your Majesty. Before you go, I have a question for you...did you come to the coronation itself? I did not see you at your reserved seats, unfortunately."

Queen Sophia arrived with a representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who spoke German. They made their way over to the Kaiser, and both congratulated him on his coronation.

The Kaiser greeted the Queen warmly, thanking her for coming to observe the coronation proceedings.
"It is quite a shame that your husband could not come; I am certain that he would have enjoyed himself here," he stated. After giving thanks to the Queen, his wife escorted her to the banquet hall. Looking at the time, he hoped that Prince William and Harry would arrive soon. He was excited by the possibility of mingling with a family as important as the House of Windsor, and while he was disappointed, privately a little insulted, that Prince Charles could not come in person, he was thankful that the next–in–line after Charles could.

The Sultan smiled at King Felipe VI and offered a hand for the Spaniard to shake.

"Hello, Your Majesty!" He greeted. "Forgive me for not standing up! My legs aren't as good as they used to be, and become quite uncomfortable after a while. I must say the appetisers The Kaiser's provided for the guests are divine! Would you like to try some of mine?"

Queen Maxima and the King's Adjudant Lodewijk Rooijakker, alongside the Dutch Ambassador to Germany Jonathan Heijman and a team of five soldiers from the Royal Netherlands Guard would arrive at the coronation of the Kaiser. The three members of the delegation representing the Netherlands would make their way to the German Kaiser in order to congratulate him on his ascension and reforms.

The Kaiser extended his hand in thanks with a warm smile to Queen Maxima as he greeted her.
"I am quite pleased that you could attend the ceremony, your Majesty. Have you enjoyed your stay in Berlin thus far?" he asked, genuinely hoping that the Dutch Royal had enjoyed her time thus far.

"Germany and Berlin are full of history, it is always a pleasure to visit cities with so much heritage, culture and identity. I must imagine you've had a busy few months eure Majestät," she would say in reply. "May I introduce you to Captain Lodewijk Rooijakker, my husbands most trusted advisor and liaison with the government and military."

Captain Rooijakker would salute the Kaiser, "a true honour to meet you, your Majesty."

"No, please," the Kaiser protested, "The pleasure is all mine. And...yes...it has been quite a busy few months. I am just relieved that the Constitutional Convention ended on such a good note." He then directed his hand further into the House of Lords.

"You must be starving after such a long day. I'll have Miss Kästner escort you to the banquet hall where you can grab some appetizers and mingle with other monarchs and members of the German Government." As soon as he stated his own adviser's name, a Royal Aide put a finger to his ear, likely to talk to someone to bring out the Minister of the Royal Household. In a few moments, Celina Kästner, former Federal President to the Republic, came to greet Maxima.

"You must be Her Majesty," she exclaimed, clearly exhausted from the day, but excited to be making her acquaintance with the Queen–Consort of the Netherlands. "It's an honor. Please, follow me." She then took the Queen and her entourage to the banquet hall, whilst the Kaiser waited still for the last two Royal Houses to arrive.

"I apologise for my lateness, our pilots had trouble navigating over Germany due to some bad weather in the south and had to go quite far off course, it was a safety thing I guess and then when we got to the embassy to meet with the Ambassador, the traffic was hell getting here. I do apologise once again and on behalf of the Spanish Royal Family, the Spanish Government and the Kingdom of Spain, we want to congratulate you on your coronation." The King of Spain certainly did not like being late but it was the small things in life that could spark a chain of effects and that was what happened in this instance. He took a glass of water from one of the trays and began to take small sips as the other Spanish royals made their way around the room, greeting the other families that had flown in for the occasion.

Once he had finished speaking with the German, King Felipe turned around to greet the Sultan and shook the hand that he offered out. "Please, do not worry!" He smiled, taking another sip of the water he held in the glass he picked up. "Thank you for the kind offer, once I have greeted everyone then I will grab something to eat, you enjoy that food."

"Ah...that is an understandable issue. I suppose the weather has been getting rather choppier lately. Thank you for your congratulations, and the wine. I'm certain my wife will love it." The Kaiser then directed his attention back to the door, awaiting the moment when House Windsor and the Italian Royal Family would arrive. His patience, however, was starting to wear thin, as he had others to greet at the banquet before the night was over. However, he would wait for as long as he could before going to meet with the others and give out the closing processions.

"I definitely will!" The Sultan chirped happily. "Enjoy yourself also, Your Majesty!"

"Apologies for my lateness," The king said, escorting his sister to the banquet, "The weather has been rough at home as it has here, and as such, we have had to speak to the Royal Council to coordinate relief efforts in the alpine regions."

The Kaiser would turn to see that the Italian King had finally arrived, and extended his hand in thanks for his arrival.
"Thank you for coming, your Majesty. I completely understand the struggles. As weather worsens, so too does traffic. Please, come and enjoy the banquet. Most of the other monarchs have already arrived."
