The 9 CT-114 Tutors from the Snowbirds Display Team and the 1 CC-144 Challenger [STATIC] from A Flight 412 Transport Squadron depart CFB Trenton towards the Air Tattoo. The 9 Snowbirds will make a refuelling stop in Halifax International Airport and an overnight refuelling stop in Iceland. Each Tutor will carry additional fuel tanks to give them the range to reach the UK airport. Each tutor will carry an engineer from the team onboard in the vacant copilot seats with any remaining crew hopping a lift in the Challenger aircraft.

The 12 Su-35S 'Super-Flanker' fighter aircraft of the 921st Fighter Red Star Squadron would arrive over Cat Bi International Airport. Circling above it the aircraft would one at a time peel off the formation to land. Descending and landing the Su-35 Super Flankers would come to a stop and taxi over to parking. Once there they would have blocks put under their landing gear to stop them from moving by the ground crews. The Pilots would then exit to take a break from flying for now as all 12 aircraft would eventually be lined up with 5 yards between each of them.

The 273AB Combat Engineer Company would arrive at Nà Sản Airport where they would refuel their 8 Bergepanzer 2. The 31K Transport Battalion would fuel up 2 Huemul Cargo Plus while the 940th Air Training Tay Son Squadron wheeled out 2 IA-63 Pampa from their hangars. Parking them about 20 yards apart from both each other and the other vehicles. Once the combat engineers were ready one of the Bergepanzer 2 would be driven up to the first of the IA-63 Pampa. The Combat Engineers would start using cables to tie up the IA-63 Pampa and then hook the net of supporting cables onto the crane of the Bergepanzer 2. The 31K Transport Battalion would drive a Huemul Cargo Plus up to the two vehicles in operation. Thus allowing for the Bergepanzer 2 to lift up the aircraft and carefully place it onto the truck bed. From there disconnecting it from the crane and removing the cables. The engineers would then strap down the aircraft. Driving the truck to a nearby parking spot the Combat engineers would then cable up the second aircraft creating a supporting net for it and then hooking it to the crane. From there the second Huemul Cargo Plus drove up to them. Then using the crane the aircraft was lifted up and placed on the truck bed before being disconnected from the crane and having cables removed. Combat engineers then strapping down the aircraft. With the two aircraft now ready for transport the 73AB Combat Engineer Company would pack up and take the same route back to Yên Bái Air Base. The 31K Transport Battalion meanwhile would fuel up an additional Huemul Cargo A. Eight pilots would board the Cargo truck in the rear with some snacks and water. Then in a convoy fashion with four car lengths apart the 31K Transport Battalion would take the quickest route to Cat Bi International Airport.

The 203AB Combat Engineer Company would arrive at Kien An Airport where they would refuel their 8 Bergepanzer 2. The 304H Transport Battalion would fuel up 2 Huemul Cargo Plus while the 937th Ground-Attack Yen The Squadron wheeled out 2 IA-58D Pucara from their hangars. Parking them about 20 yards apart from both each other and the other vehicles. Once the combat engineers were ready one of the Bergepanzer 2 would be driven up to the first of the IA-58D Pucara. The Combat Engineers would start using cables to tie up the IA-58D Pucara and then hook the net of supporting cables onto the crane of the Bergepanzer 2. The 304H Transport Battalion would drive a Huemul Cargo Plus up to the two vehicles in operation. With the two aircraft now ready for transport the 203AB Combat Engineer Company would pack up and take the same route back to Kep Air Base. The 304H Transport Battalion meanwhile would fuel up an additional Huemul Cargo A. Eight pilots would board the Cargo truck in the rear with some snacks and water. Then in a convoy fashion with four car lengths apart the 304H Transport Battalion would take the quickest route to Cat Bi International Airport.

The 320A Combat Engineer Company would arrive at Noi Bai International Airport where they would refuel their 8 Bergepanzer 2. The 25th Transport Battalion would fuel up 1 Huemul Cargo Plus while the 916th Helicopter Ba Vi Squadron wheeled out 1 Denel Rooivalk from their hangars. Parking it about 20 yards apart from the other vehicles. Once the combat engineers were ready one of the Bergepanzer 2 would be driven up to the Denel Rooivalk. The Combat Engineers would start using cables to tie up the single Denel Rooivalk and then hook the net of supporting cables onto the crane of the Bergepanzer 2. The 25th Transport Battalion would drive a Huemul Cargo Plus up to the two vehicles in operation. Thus allowing for the Bergepanzer 2 to lift up the aircraft and carefully place it onto the truck bed. From there disconnecting it from the crane and removing the cables. The engineers would then strap down the aircraft ensuring it was secure. With the aircraft now ready for transport the 320A Combat Engineer Company would pack up and take the same route back to Phúc Yên Air Base. The 25th Transport Battalion meanwhile would fuel up an additional Huemul Cargo A. Two pilots would board the Cargo truck in the rear with some snacks and water. Then in a convoy fashion with four car lengths apart the 25th Transport Battalion would take the quickest route to Cat Bi International Airport.

For the last few days, aircraft had been arriving with members of the Royal International Air Tattoo Support Team arranging the site; directing aircraft to their relevent spots. Static kept together with flying aircraft kept out of public sight at the opposite end of the public zones. Any further aircraft to arrive could arrive on the Saturday whilst the show was due to commence. Tickets bought in the 100,000 region across the three-day event... Friday morning and the gates opened, allowing crowds of people to enter following security checks, Metal Detectors and X Ray machines. Armed Police patrolled the grounds along with RAF Regiment Personnel at each static aircraft for security purposes. The Air Tattoo had begun... to kick start the show, the Red Arrows had been given clearance for imminent take off with the airspace restricted throughout the days.

The Federal Republic of the Philippines would inform UK that military representatives from the Philippine Air Force's Technical Working Group (TWG) as well as civilian representatives working for the Philippine Air Force's Project Management Team (PMT) and sales & procurement personnel would attend the Air show. The representatives would witness the air show and will do both technical and commercial evaluation on the aircrafts participating in the show.

Meanwhile, 3x Philippine Air Force officers (1x Major, 1x captain, and 1x 1st Lt.) and 4x civilians (1x project manager, 1x procurement officer, 1x photographer, and 1x female secretary/assistant) would depart from Manila going to UK via Philippine Air Line chartered flight and will be the attendees of the Royal International Air Tattoo 2012. Furthermore, the 3x Air force officers are unarmed.

The listed aircraft would undergo a safety check before taking off for the United Kingdom, the four F/A-18 Hornets would undergo a refueling in Bilbao after taking off from their base in Valencia to make the flight over to the airfield where the festival was happening. The fighter pilots would be on hand to give talks on the newest aircraft in the Spanish Air Force's fleet and would allow enthusiasts to have a picture in the cockpit under strict supervision.

For the Iberia flight, the airline had hand picked some of the most experienced crew and flight attendants in the company who would be giving tours around the plane and would allow enthusiasts into the cockpit for photos but would be under supervision from the pilots. Enthusiasts would also be allowed to try out the new facilities on the aircraft such as the newly designed business class and economy class.
