On behalf of the Honourable Indian Company, I am reaching out to solidify relations between our two esteemed nations.

In the interest of advancing our mutual prosperity and security, it would be our privilege to formally invite a high-ranking official, or yourself, to a dedicated bilateral summit in New Delhi.

We would like to discuss the following in such a meeting:

• Diplomatic and Political Affairs: Reviewing the current global landscape and coordinating foreign policy positions of mutual concern, alongside aligning our goals to better our relations.
• Trade and Economic Facilitation: Specifically, addressing the Honourable Indian Company's strategic requirement for a reliable and long-term supplier of oil to secure our nation's reserves.
• Military and Defense Acquisitions: Advancing potential collaborations in defense technology. To this end, we formally submit a request to procure one hundred and sixty (160) units of the Qods Mohajer-4 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Please let us know if this is something you would be willing to export.

We look forward to your reply and welcome suggestions for a suitable date and composition of the delegation from the Kingdom of Eran.

I, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III, the great king, king of kings, king of the lands of Èran with many tribes, king of this great earth so far and wide, of Gustàsp, the king, son, a Haxāmanišya, bits you welcome from my Gate to the outer world, and greets his Exelency Governor-Chairman of the Company Lord Sebastian Llewellyn, as well as the honorable Companys Minister of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Relations, Lord Henry Stroud.

Honorable Minister and Excellency Lord Stroud,

in the name of the Sha'an'Sha, the Government of Èran and my own ministry I thank you and your Government for reaching out to us, for the honorable offer to establish official relations.

We welcome the initiative of the honorable Company of India to establish Diplomatic, Trade and Military relations between our countries in an official meeting.
I can hereby gladly accept both the general invitation for such matters to be discussed, the aim for establishing therefore such matters in form of official treaties and also the invitation of an official by my Ministry to New Delhi for the discussion of these matters.

We would propose the first of August for such an meeting and I hereby nominate Walàkhsh Freni, Second Deputy of the great Gate for Foreign Relations, for this meeting. I also can inform you, as for your agreement, that the office of his Royal Majesty, the Great King, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III, would also send Deputy Ali Harush, for his Majesty as Observer.

We assure you, by the light of Ahura Mazda, we stand infront of you in noble intentions, and await the answer of your honorable goverment.
