Considering recent revelations by the French Government, the Ground Forces Commander would decide that it was necessary to properly establish a military presence in Harare. It would take many trips, but the Super Frelons would begin to ferry knights and their equipment to the Harare Airport, they would not stop until the entirety of the force of 900 Knights was in place in Harare. Once there, the Knights were ordered to begin the work of establishing a Forward Operating Base, from which all French operations in the country would be carried out. The French would request the use of the Military Section of Harare International Airport for this purpose. With the Added Manpower, the Knights would also begin to step up their training drills with the fledgling Militia, making certain that they were prepared to face an enemy outfitted with military weaponry.

The Ground Forces commander would inform the Zimbabwean Government that there were unknown militant groups arming themselves with assault rifles and anti-tank missiles.

With the message informing them of the arming militant groups in their hands, The PEC requested an emergency meeting with the ground force commander of the knight detachment from France to further discuss what they have learned regarding the arming of militant groups, and the deployment of extra knights to Zimbabwe. The meeting was scheduled to occur within The PEC's offices in the main Mugabe International building. Expected to be in attendance was the full executive council, instead of it being solely Trevor, along with the three bureaucratic chiefs for The Zimbabwean side of the conference.

Argentine forces, currently in control of all air operations at the Harare Airport would receive the french requests to land. Authorization would be given, although contact would be established with the transitional Government regarding the issue of settling french operations within the airports already limited space. Giving France a section could severely impede normal operations.

France would note that it only required 4 Helipads at the aurport and would be willing to use any suitable building available to house barracks, latrines, mess, and command & control. It specifically would ask if any of the former government’s military barracks in Harare were currently unoccupied.

The Knight Grand Cross leading the operation would arrive on one of the first aircraft to land, moving into the terminal to meet with the executive regarding the intelligence he received from the French Government. He would carry a suitcase with him containing copies of this intelligence disseminate to the council.

The Chairman, upon receiving the warning regarding the impending lack of space around the airport, penned a private note to the Argentinians thanking them for informing him of the situation regarding space on the airport grounds. Meanwhile, the French were informed that the topic of their accommodation can be addressed during their meeting.

With the arrival of KCG, Trevor personally came out to greet the knight before escorting him to the conference room that was used as The PEC's office. Waiting for them was Bishops Muzorewa and Ndlovu, Rudo Matchaba, and the three bureaucratic chiefs.

"Please, sir, take a seat," Trevor said as he gestured towards the empty chairs surrounding the conference table. "I hope your flight was comfortable."

"Thank you, it was as comfortable as the Super Frelon can be, yes," The commander would pass out copies of the unsecure messages, as well as information with which the Zimbabwean government could verify the intelligence for themselves. "For the first order of business, my nation's government has come across verifiable intelligence that militant radicals of some sort in your country are currently attempting to purchase highly militarized weapons, and specifically have attempted to purchase thousands of assault rifles and hundreds of Eryx anti-tank missiles and Blowpipes, which we believe is referring to the British man-portable air defense system. This specifically is what has spurred on my current move to deploy my entire contingent in your capital. Should these militants make a move on the Capital, a large cohort of well-trained military personnel would be able to assist the militia in fighting them off."

The blacks present turned their heads towards Trevor. As the sole "official" military man, who served in The Rhodesian Army, which had close links to Great Britain, before The Universal Declaration of Independence which resulted in the universal arms embargo, they expected him to know what the Knight was talking about in terms of the military jargon.

"Um..." Trevor stammered slightly. "Essentially, it is now undeniably confirmed that a group somewhere in Zimbabwe, or potentially stationed in one of our neighbours, have been able to ascertain support outside of the country, and have been able to purchase both standard small arms, and advanced weapons allowing the average man to be capable to both destroy armoured vehicles, such as tanks, and aircraft."

The group murmured their understanding before looking at the paladin again.

"Well, you will be able to house your colleagues within one of the former Zimbabwean Army barracks scattered across the capital. Kaguyi, Dzivarasekwa, Inkomo, and Charles Gumbo are all examples of derelict army barracks that require tenants. I am sure Tapiwa will be able to supply a full list of sites, and their addresses." Rudo said, while glancing at The Chief of Administrative Affairs, who nodded to confirm that he could supply the necessary details. We are confident that an attack on the capital will be repulsed by your troops, as well as the combined efforts of the other members of UZACOM, and their military detachments."

"If I may interject for a moment," Bishop Ndlovu said once Rudo had finished. "I am aware that this is an unrelated topic, but if I am not mistaken, you are a member of a holy order, yes? I would like to take the opportunity to offer myself as an individual who, in their capacity as a member of The Church, perform their duty of helping with their keeping of the sacraments, such as penance. I do not know if you have an ordained cleric among you, who can take confession or communion with you, so I wish to ensure that you can maintain your faith while in Zimbabwe."

By now, all of the men would arrive and would await further marching orders. An extra 50 were detailed to protect the French Embassy while the rest awaited their assignment to a Barracks. One of the helicopters would continue to bring medical supplies and another the supplies the knights needed, while the final two would remain at the airport awaiting orders.

"I shall assign my men to the Dzivarasekwa Barracks, with your permission. We'll focus most of our resources towards training your Forces and preparing the capital for a possible attack. If your council would grant us a list of areas that are expected to provide trouble and your permission, I would like to deploy 10-man reconnaissance teams to see if we can ascertain the full severity of this threat."

He'd turn his head to the Bishop, "Yes, your excellency, the Knights of Ste Therese de Lisieux. While our order does have several consecrated religious among our numbers and even a few ordained priests, our structure, mission, and the laws of warfare prevent us from maintaining a proper chaplaincy corps while in the field, so I certainly appreciate any assistance you or the mother church here in this country can offer in ensuring we can meet our obligations. Our dispensation is well and all but moral is much higher when we keep them properly"

"Then I shall ensure I visit you, and your flock, at Dzivarasekwa to help with the sacraments, my son." The bishop replied with a bow of his head.

"In terms of your request for potential hot spots for trouble, we are not currently aware of any at the present time," Rudo replied. "Our best advice would be to prepare Dzivarasekwa barracks, and then either make yourself available to the other humanitarian endeavours around the capital, or prepare for the eventuality of an attack."

"That's actually something I wish to expand upon," Trevor remarked. "While I was in Holland for consultations with The Global Assembly. It was formally recognised that a split in responsibility between military peacekeeping and humanitarian aid needed to be made for the benefit of organisational purposes. Military action requires a great deal of coordination and integration, while UZACOM's method of delegating specific tasks to each nation's delegation makes it incompatible. As such, there is to be a formal split between the humanitarian and the peacekeeping facets of the rebuilding effort in Zimbabwe. The newly created Global Assembly's Peacekeeping Force - Zimbabwe', or GAPFOR-Zimbabwe, will consist of the unified might of the peacekeepers stationed in Zimbabwe. As such, we would like to ask that you consider putting forward your particulars to The GAPFOR commander, so that they can keep you in the loop regarding peacekeeping matters.."
