A message would be sent to the Netherlands and the Global Assembly Secretary-General, it would be heavily encrypted and private.

Transmitted By the Authority of the High Kingdom of France
TOP SECRET
Encryption Level: IV

Sir or Madame,

My country is currently in possession of Robert Mugabe - who has committed several crimes against both humanity and international law that I'm certain the Global Assembly and ICJ will be interested in investigating and prosecuting - especially regarding his treatment of the Belgian, Brazilian, and Australian embassies. I would request that the Netherlands send a helicopter of the Royal Netherlands Air Force to rendezvous with the ship La Fayette just outside of their waters in the Channel to receive Mugabe, after which they will return to France and I will await Mugabe's arrival to declare charges.

Peace be Upon You,

Frañseza Bonheur
Chief Resident Minister to the Global Assembly
High Kingdom of France

The Special Forces Operators armed and equipped with their standard gear boarded the waiting Sikorsky MH-60K Black Hawks, the 36 man unit broke up into fire-teams of nine men each as they spread themselves over the four helicopters. The pilots safely gained altitude as they started making their way towards the coast, being guided through the airspace by DutchMil. Upon passing the coastline the pilots began attempting to contact the French Frigate. "La Fayette, La Fayette, this is Viper One-Actual, requesting permission to close distance and prepare for landing, over."

the French Ship would steady its drift, clear the deck, and prepare for the Black Hawk to land, while the Philip II would keep its position off of her stern.

"Viper One-Actual, this is French Royal Ship La Fayette, Landing Clearance is Granted. Package is coming out." The ship's security team would grab their FAMAS G2s and PAMAS G1s from the weapons locker before retrieving Mugabe from the Brig, leading him up to the hanger bay, of which one of the doors would be open. He would be in a blue prisoner jumpsuit and handcuffed, with the clothes and personal effects he had at the time of his capture being held in a duffle bag carried by a member of the Security Team.

Receiving clearance from the French Frigate, Viper One began its decent and closely followed instructions from the deck crew as it safely landed itself on the helicopter deck of the ship. The remaining three helicopters would remain on station at a safe distance, remaining in contact with both Viper One and the La Fayette.

With the helicopter safely on deck the side doors would open and six commandos exited the helicopter and moved forwards to meet the French security team. The fire team took both the detainee and his possessions into custody and began moving back to the Black Hawk, the fire team leader would remain by the French security team and ask if this was all that there was to take into custody.

If the handover was now complete, the fire team leader returned to the helicopter, which would go through take off procedures and rejoining the formation which would begin its return journey back to the Hague. Upon landing at Rotterdam The Hague airport the group would transfer to a waiting motorcade with police escort. The motorcade began its journey to the Global Assembly Detention Centre in The Hague where Mugabe would be held in custody while awaiting trial.

The LaFayette would give the Black Hawk permission to take off and the two Frigates would return to Brest, their mission having been completed.
