The Vizier For Foreign Affairs, Kanat Ozbek, lifted the receiver and placed it against his ear.

"Good day," He began. "This is Kanat Ozbek, who do I have the honour of addressing, and how may I be of assistance to you today?"

"Yes, I see..." Kanat murmured as he read the document. "I'm flattered that you think we are also The Republic Of China, but I must confess that we do not have the honour of possessing that title here in Turkey."

The vizier then put the paper to one side.

"Regardless, before I sign any agreement about the official opening of embassies within our respective countries, I would like to visit Hungary personally as soon as possible for a face to face discussion. The gap between this telephone call and my arrival within Hungary proper will allow my government to select a suitable person to be Turkey's Ambassador to Hungary, and allow me to introduce him personally to you. In addition, we would be able to select a location to site our embassy, if you would permit it. I know this request sounds rather strange, but it's become something of an unofficial tradition for me to officially introduce each ambassador to their respective host."
