Greetings. This is Justice Mary Odili of the International Court of Justice I believe it is vital that we open a dialogue one on one between myself as the lead investigator in your case and you. Those being investigated. Let it be known that we have not predetermined your guilt, but the seriousness of the charges warrents an investigation we believe. Surely you can see the reasonableness in this? We wish to simply investigate the claims against you, if we find nothing it will only clear your name. We urge your response and look forward to negotiations to allow our investigators into your country.

We assure you they are simply there to look for the truth. We believe it will be to everyone's benefit if our investigators and their security teams be allowed into Bosnia to conduct their investigations. They will be fair and thoroough I assure you and operate in a fully independent and neutral manner. You can trust the ICJ and the General Assembly.

To ease this atomosphere of tension I will open the border and permit the investigation team free range in order to validate and confirm the charges being levied against the nation. I assure you that more radical elements of the decrees published in The Sarajevo times are not currently being used to deal with the Turks. We are a civilized nation and thus see no need to sterlise or kill.
