The Illyrian Ministry of Defense has set a tender for a SHORAD anti-air artillery weapon or SPAAG.

An integrated MANPAD system and radar system are not a requirement but would be useful.

The budget for this tender is $100,000,000.00.

The required amount:
24 Mobile SPAAGs

We require it be armored against small-arms fire.

The People's Republic of China are willing to produce 24 Type 95 SPAAGs for Illyria at a unit cost of $2,918,750.00 and a total order cost of $70,050,000.00.
