The President of India, Zalim Marwah, would use an encrypted and private line to call his Japanese counterpart.

The Prime minister would make sure the line was encrypted and secure before answering the call.

"Hello, this is Shinzo Abe the prime minister of Japan. How are you doing Mr. President?"

"Hello, Mr. Shinzo, thank you for taking my call. I am doing spectacular and yourself?

I was calling Japan in the hopes of enforcing our bilateral relations, especially with the recent world tensions due to western powers. It is no secret that both the Japanese and the Indians have suffered at great cost in history and in modern times due to these foreign nations and it would be of paramount significance that we assure the strenght of Asia and our communist brothers so that we may stand together if anything were to happen.

I called in hopes of being able to visit Japan in a state visit to continue or positive relations, or perhaps for you Mr. Shinzo to come here to India. Furthermore, I was hoping that perhaps we could help each other enhance our armed forces through the purchase of domestic production licenses and other actions such as joint exercises.
