Government of The Indian Social Republic
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE
Classification: Secure & Encrypted
From: Sumati Dalavi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Indian Socialist Republic
Subject: Establishing Indian-Russian Relationships
To Minister Lavrov,
I am writing to you today in hopes of opening dialogue between our nations, with the intention of establishing new Indian-Russian relations. Historically, our two nations have had a strong bilateral relationship since the cold war and continued following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, therefore we would like to continue this friendship.
As a newly established government, we are looking to build new relationships and reinforce existing ones under our new leadership. With this in mind, we would like to invite a Russian delegation to New Delhi to partake in a bilateral summit to discuss matters of tourism, trade, research and defence. We would also like your delegation to sample the hospitality, experience the culture of our country and understand how we are developing our nation to become better than it has ever been.
We look forward to your response and upon request can put in place all necessary protocols to make this state visit possible.
Khushhaali ki kaamna,
Sincerely,
Sumati Dalavi BA
Minister of Foreign Affairs
