Dearest Secretary General Stone,

I am writing you today with hopes of a brighter future of peace. India has recently had one of the largest recruitment campaigns for military service. While many around the globe may see this a regression to peace or as an aggressive act, India has pledged it's Military for global peacekeeping. India has a plan to train 197,651 soldiers for deployments on behalf of the Global Assembly, should there be a need. These soldiers will be stationed in India until notice is given by the Global Assembly to be deployed as the Global Assembly sees fit. What I require for these soldiers is what the Global Assembly requires for their training. India can take it upon itself to train them as India sees fit, however if the Global Assembly has specific areas of training they would like to request, then India will begin the training at once. Please let me know what you think and how India can help with the global peacekeeping initiative.

Best Regards,
Shankar Daval Sharma
President of the Republic of India

Your Excellency,

It is with great interest that I have received your communique. I wish to commend your government on its desire and ability to participate in global peacekeeping on such a level. The Secretary General has tasked me to lead the discussions between the Global Assembly and the Republic of India in regards to the technical aspects of the force.

I would like to request the possibility of organising a meeting between myself and a representative of your government in New Dehli.

Yours Sincerely,

Aung Lin
Undersecretary for Security & Peace Operations

Dearest undersecretary Lin,

I would very much like to arrange a face to face meeting with a representative of ours. Secretary Asmee Veers is already at the Global Assembly Chambers. He is available to meet with you at your leisure. Secretary Veers works for T. S. Tirumurt, our current GA Ambassador. However General Manoj Mukund Naravane has requested to be at this meeting. He is currently in command of the Legion that India is dedicating to the Global Assembly. Besides myself, he is more well versed in his mission.

Best Regards,
Shankar Daval Sharma
President of the Republic of India

Your Excellency,

I would be honoured to welcome Secretary Veers for a meeting in my office at the Secretariat Building on the GA Campus. I can arrange for a teleconference connection to be established between my office and General Manoj Mukund Naravane in order to allow him to be present at the meeting, or if preferable we can postpone the meeting until the arrival of General Manoj Mukund Naravane at the GA Campus.

Yours Sincerely,

Aung Lin
Undersecretary for Security & Peace Operations

Dearest Undersecretary Lin,

Yes I can arrange that, I will send word to Secretary Veers immediately. He should be ready to meet you once he receives word. Thank you for your time.

Best Regards,
Shankar Daval Sharma
President of the Republic of India

Secretary Veers would head towards Undersecretary Lin's office. Once there he would meet with the reception and wait to enter. With Secretary Veers would have a briefcase containing notes on the newly established Legion.

Upon the arrival of the Secretary at the reception of the Secretariat Building the receptionist would register his arrival and signal for a GA Campus Police officer to escort the Secretary to the office of Undersecretary Lin. The officer proceeded to guide the Secretary to the 2nd floor which housed both the Office of Security & Peace Operations as well as the Office of Humanitarian Affairs. Arriving at the desk of the personal secretary of the Undersecretary, the GPOL officer would step back and allow the secretary to take over.

The secretary politely welcomed Secretary Veers before making a quick call to the Undersecretary, only a few words were spoken before she disconnected the call and rose from her desk and opened to door to the Undersecretary's office and gestured for Secretary Veers to enter. Inside the room Undersecretary Lin had moved from around her desk and stepped towards the Indian representative. "Secretary Veers, welcome to the Secretariat," she would say as she extended her hand. "Please take a seat, do you desire any refreshments before we begin our discussions?"

Secretary Veers would walk in and exchange the handshake. "Thank you for having me, and a water please." He would say and take a seat.

"To my understanding General Naravane will be joining us via video call. He knows a great deal more about the Legion than I do. I was recently briefed on it. From my understanding it will be under the Indian armed forces but for use by the GA for peacekeeping operations."
