A phone call would be made to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on a secure and encrypted line:

"Hello, this is Indra Kumar Gujral Minister of External Affairs of India. I am calling today to discuss the relationship of the Rattanakosin Kingdom and the Republic of India."

Deputy Minister of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs would use an encrypted and private line to pick up the call.

"Good day, this is Rak Charoenkul of South Asian affairs. I am glad you called, Minister Gujral. How would you like to begin?"

"I feel the first thing we should discuss is the topic of the Indian and Pacific Ocean. With your Kingdom being the dominate power in the region currently, India would like support from the Rattanakosin Kingdom in protecting these waters from foreign intervention. Due to the recent revitalization of the Indian Government, it will take time to rebuild our armed forces, in the mean time it would be quite helpful knowing we can count on your Kingdom to help secure these water ways. India desires a close bond with the Rattanakosin Kingdom and hopes to see the Kingdom as a potential ally. If I could send a representative to meet in person to discuss these matters further that would be our preferred method of moving forward."

"I see, I believe I understand what you mean, Minister. I am currently available in Bangkok if you wish to either come in person or send your government's Ambassador to meet with me.

I'll make any necessary preparations."

"Our Ambassador Mr. Pinak Ranjan Chakravart in Bangkok can represent India in these regards. We only require transport for him to meet with you."

"Very well, I can have member's of the Queen's Guard alongside a vehicle assure the safe transport of your ambassador to and from my office.

Please let Ambassador Chakravart know that these men will be arriving shortly." If there was nothing else, the Deputy Minister would hang up the phone.

An order would be sent to the Queen's Guard requesting for three armed security and a vehicle to pick up the Indian Ambassador from the Indian Embassy. The three Queen's Guards, armed with CZ 75 pistols and UMP sub-machine guns, would mount into a G-Wagen and make their way from the Grand Palace to the Indian Embassy in central Bangkok. The vehicle would park itself outside, near the front entrance. One of the Guards, unarmed, would approach the embassy and inform whoever was at the entrance that the Ambassador's transportation had arrived.

The man outside the embassy would press a button on a voice box and speak.
"The transportation has arrived for the Ambassador."

Ambassador Chakravart would step outside the embassy dressed in a blue 3 piece suit.
"Greetings shall we get under way?"
Ambassador Chakravart would then enter the vehicle.

Upon the arrival of the Indian ambassador, he would be beaconed into the vehicle by the Queen's Guard and escorted from the Indian Embassy in Bangkok to the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Deputy Minister Rak Charoenkul would be waiting outside. "Good afternoon, Ambassador Chakravart, please follow me." The Deputy Minister would lead him through the building, upstairs, and into his office where he would offer him a seat. "Thank you for coming, Ambassador. I expect we have much to talk about. My government has heard some... concerning news regarding communism within India, is this news true? Is there an insurgency in India?" It was then that the Deputy Minister forgot his manners. "I apologize, would you like anything to drink? Eat perhaps?"

Ambassador Chakravart would take his seat and stutter,

"I.. uh... Water please." He was taken back from the comment on the insurgencies. He would quickly compose himself

"Yes we have much to discuss. To answer your query on the Communist in India, yes it is true. The government estimates about 200 million citizens have joined the communist movement. President Sharma has declared emergencies across India and has ordered the Army to take action. Our local law enforcement has been able to handle them thus far, however our Home Guard has been taking an active stance in suppressing the uprisings. I feel this is a failed plan, personally. I think if the President gave them a platform to speak on and introduced them into our democratic process then the situation will fix itself. The majority know that Communism is a failed ideology. But enough about that, on to business." Once he received his water he would take a few sips. He would then open his brief case containing many organized documents. He would lay out 5 folders, each color coded.
RED- MILITARY/MILITARY OPS
YELLOW- BUSINESS/ZONING
BLUE- SHIPPING/TRADE
GREEN- ECONOMICS
ORANGE- BILATERAL RELATIONS/COALITIONS
"Where shall we begin?" He would ask.
