I am writing you this email today in an attempt to purchase a large order of KrAZ-6322 trucks from Ukraine, 60,000 to be exact. If it is possible to purchase production rights for 60,000 units, it would be preferred. However if Ukraine wishes to produce them and send them to India that would also be acceptable. Dear Deputy Minister Sobkov, I believe the best option for India would be the Half-and-Half deal. I can have the money transferred to your government on the 1st of the new year. Although, so that I can clarify and have a better understanding. Ukraine will produce 30,000 Trucks and the Government of Ukraine will give India a domestic production license for the KrAZ-6322 for up to 30,000 Trucks so that India can produce the other half, for the amount of $3,500,000,000.00. I) India may produce 30,000 KrAZ-6322 trucks. A Ukrainian representative or representatives shall be permitted to observe these productions for quality assurance. However, Ukraine may not inform any third party of the productions unless explicit permission is given by the Indian Government.

II) India will pay directly to the Ukrainian state $3,500,000,000.00 USD in exchange for this domestic production license and for the production of 30,000 KrAZ-6322 trucks manufactured within Ukraine for India.

III) Ukraine shall not stop any domestic or Indian productions or otherwise interfere with production provided that India has paid Ukraine the agreed price ($3,500,000,000.00 USD as outlined in section II of this document).

IV) India's production license will be nullified if they conduct, encourage, or fund any military action against Ukraine or Ukraine's sphere of influence. Ukraine's sphere of influence is defined as follows: Russia, Belarus, Poland, and any other country with whom Ukraine shares a border.

V) This agreement will be adjudicated by the International Court of Justice.

Dear Minister Kuzmuk, Recently the production of the Kiev-Class Aircraft Carrier has been blocked by your country. We were under the assumption that the Vessel was of Russian origin. Please forgive my mistake. I am however still interested in procuring this Vessel for the Indian Navy. India can offer a sum of $3,600,000,000.00 for this vessel. We would like to keep the production of this Vessel a secret if it can be sold to us. Right now with the way our economy is going, there would be large outcry if the public found out we were purchasing the Kiev-Class. It seems numerous patent offices have failed to maintain an accurate record of Ukraine's intellectual property and designs since the fall of the Soviet Union. We do not place the blame on India, and you have come to us honestly since the discovery of this clerical error so there is nothing to forgive.

We can offer you a new Kiev Class Carrier at $4,125,000,000.00 plus $300,000,000.00 for security measures to ensure the construction of this vessel remains private.
