ITS Lease Insurance ▷ Secure your leased asset against the hazards of the world. For an additional 5% of the base monthly price of the asset, your leased asset will be covered under ITS's Lease Insurance. This insurance covers any damages that result from: Non-state sanctioned piracy, weather, and acts of God. Any grossly negligent or willful actions on behalf of the lessee
that cause damage to an asset that would otherwise be covered, does not benefit form this insurance. We hope that our customers will take the utmost care of our assets as we take the utmost care of their needs.

[/td][/tr][/table]- This agreement is between International Transport Solutions ("ITS") and the party represented by the signing representative ("Customer").
- This agreement is subject to the laws of Japan. Customers agree to adjudication in Japanese courts.
- Customer is required to provide payment for the services provided at the beginning of each month or beginning of each year depending on the selected payment plan. In the event that payment is not provided ITS reserves the right to contact the Bank to have the funds automatically withdrawn.
- Payment for the current and first full month of the contract is due at the time of signing. Amount owed for the current month is prorated by increments of 25% for a maximum of a 75% discount, depending on how many days are left in the initial month.
- Customer agrees and accepts that ITS maintains ownership of each vessel at all times and that any contract signed between ITS and Customer is for lease only.
- Customer agrees and accepts that ITS is not responsible for docking fees, transit fees, taxes, or other duties related to passage or movement of ITS s assets under Customer control.
- The price per month charged to Customer is secured at the moment of contract and will not change until the end of the contract period.
- RENEWABLE CONTRACTS are contracts that are renewed monthly.
- These may be cancelled at any time by either ITS or Customer. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the final month paid for.
- RENEWABLE CONTRACT prices are guaranteed only for the month following a payment.
- ITS reserves the right to change our terms and conditions, as well as pricing, at any time without notice or consent.
- Accounts may not be left in arrears longer than one (1) month.
- If payment is unable to be withdrawn and/or payment is not made in a given month, Customer must become current with both owed payments in the following month.
- If an account does not become current in the month following an arrearage, ITS may cancel any contract with Customer and immediately withdraw ITS assets under customer contract.
- Customer may be subject to legal fees required to cure the debt and/or recover ITS 's assets, as well as interest on any owed monies left unpaid until said debt it repaid in full.
- If ITS is unable to recover monetary relief due from Customer after a violation of this clause, Customer agrees that ITS may claim and seize other Customer assets sufficient to relieve Customer's debt. Including, but not limited to: National military hardware, national infrastructure, or other Customer assets.
- Customer is responsible for any damage that befalls any ITS asset under Customer's control for any reason unless Customer has elected to pay for ITS's offered insurance and the insurance covers the type of damage received.
- By electing to not insure ITS 's assets through ITS , customer assumes responsibility for the full value of any ITS asset damaged under Customer control. This includes, but is not limited to, damages because of: war (both involving and not involving Customer), piracy, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customer agrees to not knowingly place ITS assets in danger or otherwise misuse ITS assets.
- ITS assets are for commercial use only and may not be used for wartime activities or other acts of national aggression.
- If Customer places ITS assets in danger by engaging in war or other endangering activity,ITS reserves the right to cancel any contracts and withdraw any and all ITS assets under Customer control.
