From: Htin Kyaw, Prime Minister of Myanmar

Your Excellencies,

The Empire of Myanmar's government extends its highest regards to all of your nations.

In light of the growing interdependence of our economies, we believe there is a pressing need for inclusive regional development. Thus, Myanmar has the honour to invite your governments to attend a landmark summit in Naypyitaw with the goal of exploring the establishment of a new regional economic bloc to enhance trade, connectivity, and economic cooperation among our nations.

This platform will seek to unify efforts across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East to promote:
  • Increased trade and market access through streamlined customs.
  • Infrastructure development for better economic connectivity.
  • Energy cooperation and resource-sharing agreements.
  • Investment flows, industrial collaboration, and digital innovation.
  • Food and supply chain security throughout all our nations.

The share geographic positions and economic mutuality between our nations, we believe, provides a strong foundation for a new, flexible, future-oriented regional partnership. This bloc could serve as a stabilizing force for our economies and encourage mutual growth while also respecting our sovereignty.

The proposed inaugural summit is scheduled to be held in Naypyitaw, on this day next month. We humbly invite Your Excellencies or your appointed high-level representatives to attend.

We look forward to your responses.

Sincerely,
Htin Kyaw
Prime Minister
Empire of Myanmar

OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE
Classification: Secure and Encrypted

To: Htin Kyaw, Prime Minister, Empire of Myanmar (Alex)
From: Mina Gupta, Minister of Commerce & Industry, The Indian Socialist Republic
Subject: RE: Invitation to the New Silk Road - Summit in Naypyitaw

Your Honorable Prime Minister Htin Kyaw of the Empire of Myanmar,

May I begin by expressing our most profound gratitude for the communication and the invitation to this summit. As you may be aware the Government of the Indian Socialist Republic has only recently been brought in to existence, from the ashes of the previous governments failures. As such, we are working with a clean slate and are hoping to build new relations with our neighbouring nations and nations further afield. Therefore, this invitation we feel is of a high importance to us and we will most definitely be in attendance, the summit will be attended by myself representing the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. However, our Prime Minister, Dhananjay Menon and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sumati Dalavi have also expressed their wishes to be in attendance for the summit and potentially open a diplomatic dialogue between our nations once the summit has concluded.

Should you be so grateful to entertain our party for these talks, we would also like to discuss the following points:
  • Ease of travel between our nations.
  • Mutual establishment of embassies and representatives.
  • The creation of a shipping route for trade and tourism between the nations across the Bay of Bengal.
  • Joint security agreements.
  • Improving the tourism industries between our nations.
  • General discussions on world affairs.
We sincerely hope that this opportunity could be the start of a great relationship between our nations.

Khushhaali ki kaamna,
Sincerely,
