Minister Osvaldo,
Greetings from Tehran Minister Osvaldo! With the Shah looking to broaden the foreign policy of the Imperial State of Iran to include the diplomatically significant and economically vibrant nations of Latin America and the Imperial Iranian Defence and Defence Production recently establishing an account with ArgenDef, the Shah has instructed me to attempt to establish mutually beneficial diplomatic, economic, industrial, and military ties with the Argentine Republic. With the Shah and the Imperial State of Iran believing that our two nations can partner with one another within several critical spheres, in order to mutually benefit and strengthen our respective nations, while building a bilateral relationship of geo-strategic consequence between the Argentine Republic and the Imperial State of Iran.
However I'm sure you're quite a busy man and the range of Iran's topics are quite broad, so if you're currently unable to begin these discussions, I would be more than happy to speak with the Argentine Minister of Defence, as well as with one of your deputy ministers, and officials from ArgenDef, should such an arrangement make scheduling easier for your ministry. While I think hosting a discussion in either Buenos Aires or Tehran is preferable to a phone or video call, as it will allow for both of our nations to invite various consequential government officials, business leaders, cultural leaders, etc, I'm not opposed to initially speaking via phone or video, should that be easier for officials from the Argentine Republic. Though I do hope that a face-to-face bilateral meeting can be held at some point within the near future, as the Imperial State of Iran views both Argentina and Brazil as non-aligned nations of consequence, whose opinions and viewpoints the Shah would very much like to hear in full, as the Imperial State of Iran crafts our own foreign policy.
I anxiously await your reply,
Minister of Defence and Defence Production of the Imperial State of Iran, Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari,
