I, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III, the great king, king of kings, king of the lands of Èran with many tribes, king of this great earth so far and wide, of Gustàsp, the king, son, a Haxāmanišya, bits you welcome from my Gate to the outer world, and greet her Exellency, the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Federative Republic of Brazil, Iago Pinto Gonçalves, his goverment and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Miguel Belchor.

Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs Belchor,

due to change in our government since the last years, now into more democratic state, under the guidance of his majesty the Sha'an'Shas elected Government, I seek to establish a new chapter of diplomacy between our countries. Therefor I ask your honorable government for the allowance to send an Ambassador to Brazil, and would welcome any ambassador of your government in Theran, as well as the official conduction of interstate relationships and acknowledgment of our government and countries by each other.
If your government is interested, we would also be open to any more conversations with you, for treats and cooperation between Brazil and Iran.

On behalf of the Defense Ministry, Army Department, I would also ask your government for the possibility to talk about the possibility for the acquisition, or license, for your honorable countries defense product, the Engesa EE-T4 OGUM Reconnaissance Vehicle, by the Defense Ministry of the Kingdom of Èran.

May the light of spring shine on the Brazilian Republic, to let it blossom in the garden of the world.

Let me present you, on behalf of the Federative Republic of Brazil, our compliments to the Gate for Foreign Relations of the Kingdom of Èran and conveys the warm greetings of H.E. President Iago Pinto Gonçalves and myself.

Brazil welcomes your message and recognises and accepts the opening of formal diplomatic relations between our two nations. We gladly consent to the exchange of resident Ambassadors and propose the following immediate steps:

• Accreditation & Premises: Brazil stands ready to receive an Ambassador of Èran in Brasília. On a reciprocal basis, Brazil will appoint an Ambassador to Tehran. Pending chancery arrangements, both sides may accredit a Chargé d’Affaires ad interim in the shorter period of time possible.
• Points of Contact: Both nations will establish a secure channel for daily coordination.
• First Call: A ministerial call in late June 2007 to outline a roadmap on political consultation, trade, energy and cultural ties.

Regarding your inquiry on the Engesa EE-T4 OGUM Reconnaissance Vehicle, Brazil is pleased to proceed with a direct sale. Kindly confirm quantity and any requested modifications (if any). Upon your confirmation, our ministry of trade and international commerce will start the production inmediately.

Brazil avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Kingdom of Èran the assurances of its highest consideration.

We welcome your recognition of our proposals and the three points of cooperation to establish an stabile communication and diplomatic relations between Brazil and Iran.

Accreditation & Premises: We will send as ambassador Izmal ebn Bardyìa and before his arrival and accreditation as Chargé d’Affaires ad interim we would like to appoint our dear citizen, long resident in Brazil, and known to our government from times of Exil: Mohammed Spitamana.

Points of Contact: We will undertake all effort for a quick establishment of secure communication.

First Call: I look forward to follow your proposal of an call in late June 2007, with yourself.

Regarding your generous acceptance for a sale, we would like to acquire 360 Engesa EE-T4 OGUM, in the reconnaissance variant.
As soon as you name us the requested price, our Ministry of Defense will contact you on behalf of the transfer of funds.
