Upon dispatching the message, a Boeing 787 carrying the Prince and the Ambassador would depart from Beijing Capital International Airport and head for Persepolis. Once given permission to land both would make their way to the palace. The ambassador to present his credentials and the Prince to announce his arrival at the court and if a meeting was agreed upon to meet with his older sister's counterpart.

Both ambassador Zhiqiang and Celestial Prince Wen where welcomed at the nearby small airport of Persepolis from an honor detachment of the Anûšiya-an-Sha and a military band of them, playing the Chinese hymn as well as the newly adopted, long time known persian hymn Hey Irân.
