Honorable madame et monsieur of the Council of State,

even as I was sworn as Emissary to your former Government under a royal leadership, I now want to message you on behalf of the free elected government, from the Kingdom of Èran. We want to express our unshaken stance with the French people in this times of change and also our fully support of both your current intermediate council and the following government and parliament of the future French State.

Unless we are far away and given with way less modern capabilities as your great state, our country knows the burden of a rapid change in government and if you need any transnational help in these times, I can assure France of the commitment of my government and my office itself to help you, as we can if needed.
Also I want already express the unchanged wish of a friendly and trustful cooperation between our countries and government in the future.

May the light of wisdom bless in these days all your citizens, so that a new dawn blossoms for France.

My office is very pleased with the ongoing stabilization of your country, after the change of government, especially, after the recent change in our own country and see the French People and its esteemed nation as an great example for progress in these changing times.

In Answer to that I want to ask your government for possibility of strengthening the bilateral relations of our countries, be it in Trade, armament and international responsibility.

My Government would therefore like to establish, if it is in your interest, a trade agreement between our countries and possibility of continuing armament license and selling, we already started with your nations former Administration. We are also open for cooperation on international levels, especially ofc in the region of the Persian gulf, to ensure prolonging safety there.

We also acknowledge the commendations conveyed in the name of Prime Minister Màna Rába and the Great King, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III. Your words reaffirm the enduring respect and historic ties between our nations.


The French Republic recognizes the importance of maintaining continuity in diplomatic representation and hereby confirms the acceptance of Lord Bishtùn-an-Ès as Ambassador of the Kingdom of Èran to France. We trust that his tenure will continue to foster constructive dialogue and mutual understanding.

Regarding your proposals for strengthened bilateral engagement:

1. Trade Cooperation
   The Government of the French Republic expresses interest in exploring enhanced trade relations with the Kingdom of Èran. We invite technical discussions to identify sectors of mutual economic benefit, with a view toward agreements that respect the strategic interests and legal frameworks of both nations.
2. Armament and Defense Transactions
   While the French Republic cannot permit ongoing domestic licensing of military production for the Kingdom of Èran, we are open to item-by-item procurement arrangements. These transactions would be conducted under conditions of state supervision, with commercial margins adjusted below standard profit thresholds in recognition of our diplomatic partnership. All such engagements will comply with French law and international obligations.
3. International and Regional Cooperation
   The French Republic welcomes dialogue on shared international responsibilities, particularly regarding security in the Persian Gulf. Our participation shall be conducted within multilateral frameworks and in alignment with France’s strategic autonomy and commitments to global stability.

We regards this correspondence as a foundation for continued constructive engagement. We look forward to scheduled exchanges that further strengthen the ties between our nations while ensuring all actions remain consistent with our legal and institutional standards.
