BTR-87

Honorable Exelency President Putin,

I thank you on behalf of my government and Minister of Defense Yima for your most generous answer, to grant the license production of these vehicles for my countries Armed Forces without any charge.
Therefore I also can confirm that my government would be delighted and honored to explore broader areas of defense or industrial cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Èran.
As first sign of gratitude and good will for those continue of talks between our governments, I would like to suggest the exchange of embassies between our countries. If your government would allow this, I would like to appoint Azàdan Mushard Ebrahimi as ambassador to Russia and it would be my honor to receive your appointed emissary to Èran.
