Mr Secretary,

The State of Israel and the United States have long enjoyed a close and special relationship. We have been partners in the fields of diplomacy, finance and, in particular, the military. We, the Government of Israel, are therefore asking you and your Government for some F-16 Fighting Falcon fighters. This will further Israeli security in the region, which is in the best interests for all of us.

If needed, we are willing to fund the production of those aircraft, and have them flown across the Atlantic.
