American-Dutch Arms Agreement
We Beatrix, by the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Oranje-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
On the recommendation of Our Minister of Foreign Affairs;
Having heard the Council of State
Have approved and understand by this:
Article 1
1. In accordance with the 'Approval and Publication of Treaties Act' and with no objection from the States-General, the American-Dutch Arms Agreement has recieved implicit consent by Parliament.
2. The Treaty may be signed and granted Royal Assent.
Article 2
1. This decree may be quoted as "Parliamentary Approval of the American-Dutch Arms Agreement"
