With the current unrest gripping France, I believe that it is most definitely time for you to make a true, died in the wool bid for autonomy if not true independence. I would like to offer your movement any support which you believe may be necessary to achieve your goals, be they political, material, or monetary. Due to the FLNC's response not being stated as encrypted or private, it therefore be considered public and would be easily acquired by the United States. The FLNC's response would be privately forwarded to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands to let them know that it is oh high possibility that the Italians are attempted to incite rebellion and unrest within the european area.
