Dear Mrs. Durand,

I hope this email finds you well. During the delivery of the purchased items from sparrow safeguards

The first batch of medical/sar/casevac HH-60M, was received without issue/error. Alongside the arrival of utility/troop transport UH-60V Black Hawks, which was received without error or issue. Regarding these two transfers of procured helicopters, we had no issue or concern. As based on the order issued by Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy of the Republic of Korea here, you will find that 40 UH-60V helicopters were ordered and 20 HH-60M helicopters were ordered. However, we have a total of 40 HH-60M and 40 UH-60V Blackhawk helicopters in our inventory from the arrived transfer. We have checked the order codes and confirm two separate batches of 20 HH-60Ms were delivered, reference codes 17735 and 17674. We have checked the pricing on the final order and see that indeed we purchased this amount, however, this was not what we intended to purchase. We firstly drafted this email to make sure that yes, this was the intended actions by Sparrows Industry, and secondly, that this was not a delivery error. We also hope that this would raise an alarm in the event another entity that purchased items from Sparrow received a similar higher quantity than order situation.

Nonetheless, the Republic of Korea in regards to returning the 20 helicopters does not believe this is necessary. Although we did not intend to purchase 40 HH-60Ms, we do not believe this situation warrants invoking the terms and conditions on return. Also considering that there would be a drawn out process over whether the items are even eligible for return or not, etc...We hope that this correspondence finds you well, and that you were informed of the error in quantity produced and supplied versus intended for purchase. However, given that the Republic of Korea paid in full the price of 40 HH-60Ms and 40 UH-60Vs, we will not be returning them and will keep them.

This Response is PRIVATE and ENCRYPTED

Your global leadership as a World Power, and in the Nordic Council highlights your continued credibility and diplomatic authority. It has long been my view that South Korea has the force projection around the world, and the competence required to lead independently. It is why Sparrow industries is willing to invest, because we know you execute your duties with the excellence your citizens expect. It has been a privilege to have worked closely with the Republic of Korea, providing them the opportunity to sustain military capabilities needed to deter, and win if deterrence fails. This capability is essential if your moral voice is to be heard on the international stage.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience. For context, a computer error resulted in your order duplicating but this was not brought to our attention until now. As a gesture of goodwill, you may use the additional units, if you have the desire for them. It is certainly our intent to provide only the highest quality assets to our customers, so I'm confident they will serve you well.
