"My fellow Koreans, today you have entrusted me with the great responsibility of serving as your Prime Minister. I am humbled by your confidence and mindful of the weight of the task before us. To those who supported my opponent, Chung Dong-young, I extend my hand. We are all Koreans, and together we will shape a brighter future for our nation.

Our vision is clear. We will drive Korea toward sustained economic growth, building on our 7% Plan to achieve annual GDP growth that creates opportunity for every citizen. Through ambitious infrastructure projects, including new initiatives like the Grand Korean Waterway, we will connect our rivers, our regions, and our people, creating a foundation for logistics, commerce, and regional development that will last generations.

We will strengthen the social safety net while creating jobs for our citizens. Expanded support for childcare, enhanced welfare programs, and a modernized social security system will ensure that no Korean is left behind in this era of progress. At the same time, we will reform the Grand National Party itself, modernising our approach, listening more closely to the people, and ensuring that our governance is pragmatic, transparent, and responsive.

Korea will stand confidently and cooperatively. We will deepen our ties with the world, strengthening security partnerships, while pursuing constructive engagement with nations across the globe, from the United States and United Kingdom to China, Poland, and Thailand. In our diplomacy, we will balance firm deterrence with conditional openness to economic cooperation, ensuring Korea’s safety and prosperity.

Tonight, we celebrate not merely an election victory, but the promise of a new chapter for Korea; one of growth, stability, and shared progress under the guidance of our revered Monarch. Together, we will build a nation of opportunity, resilience, and global standing. Together, we will make Korea stronger, united, and prepared for the challenges and triumphs of the future.
