As authorized by Executive Order "Strengthening the National Defense Companies for the Republic of Korea"
The Republic of Korea is in a capacity to begin arms exports for military-use equipment as well as non-military use equipment
The Following Terms and Conditions are subject to modification to conform to Korean law, International law, and input from consultant companies
1. All requests are processed by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea and subject to approval by DAPA
2. The Republic of Korea is under no obligation to accept any proposals submitted by a seller
3. The States purchasing any of the listed items may not be in a diplomatic relationship with North Korea (D.P.RK.) that pertains to arms or financing of arms purchasing by the Northern Regime
3. The States purchasing any of the listed items may not be sanctioned by the General Assembly
4. The Republic of Korea requires all buyers to hold their militaries accountable to the use of Korean Weapons
5. All buyers accept a Korean investigation team if allegations of misuse for the purposes of war crimes, crimes against humanity, use by non-state actors, or heinous misuse by states are reported
6. Under no circumstances can items purchased from the KDIA be resold, traded, or shared without the written, signed, consent from the Korean Ministry of National Defense
7. All non-listed items are available for discussion with the Ministry of National Defense, Director of DAPA | Kim Minjoo
8. The Korean Government has the right to rescind active agreements until payment is received
9. The Korean Government is not liable for any arms freezes imposed on the buyer by either Korea, the GA, or the global community
10. The buyer if unable to clear up their arms freeze, will lose their title of equipment
11. The KDIA subject to DAPA and the Ministry of National Defense, has the right to change the current pricing at any time
12. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, buyers are waiving their right to sue the Republic of Korea for any actions undertaken with regards to the KDIA
13. Buyers are in their right to renegotiate current prices if they deem them too high by contacting the Ministry of National Defense
