TOP SECRET | ENCRYPTED​ To the Israeli Government, First we would like to offer our congratulations on establishing a successful and stable government in the region. The previous Republic of Singapore had maintained rather amicable relations with Israel in the past. We have a long history of joint-ventures into weapons development, exportation of Singaporean electronics and overall a history of business and trade in the past. Since the Israeli communication was not encrypted it would be picked up by the Brazilian Cyber Defense agency.

The contractor who intercepted the message shows the transcript to the commander. The commander looks at it and snickers.

"Nice form letter. It just drips with warmth," the commander smirks. "They couldn't even bother with mentioning the contact person's name or affix a name to whom replied to the letter."

"Yes," the contractor agreed with his commander. "Since they are either ignorant of the fact that they need to encrypt messages, or just a bunch of novices are running the show, I have read many of their messages, and I do find them to be a rather crude bunch."

"Thank you, Agent Hernandez" the commander says. "Keep up the good work and apprise me of anymore of their security foul-ups."

With the Brazilian Operations not being encrypted or private, the Israeli Government would notice someone hacking into the system and the emails and would be notified it the Brazilians. All this would be noted down and used as evidence.

The Brazilians, now with knowledge that their mission has been discovered, they would shut the listening operation down.
