Following the debacle with Brazil, it was decided that a small task force would be set up with the intention of displaying Singapore's commitment to defending the interests of the Kingdom and its associates. After forming together at Changi Naval Base and ensuring full complements of all supplies, fuel and ammunition (Minus the Independence), TF Sentinel would begin their final maintenance checks before setting off from Port on a long journey across multiple oceans. Centered around the KSS Regalia, TF Sentinel would use the route of OJ > NJ > MJ > LJ > LK > KL > KM > JM > IM > IN > IO to travel from Changi Naval Base to its end destination at Haulbowline Naval Base in the Republic of Ireland. Once all ships arrive at port, the Independence would be formally transferred over to the Irish government before the rest of the TF is assigned any further orders.
