We wont waste words on this message. Our predecesors have done things in past that harmed our relations and ultimately our strength, cause when our unity crumbled our strength faded away.
We must re-direct path of our relations, ambitiously and corageously. We must work together as one in order to bring strong, peacefull, prospereous and stable balkans.

For this cause, we woud like to:
1. Import Textiles and foostuffs from your nation, in return we could offer: any two of following goods we export(construction material, coal, raspeberries, tractors, hardware and software)
2. Declareation of Free Trade Agreement
3. Establishment of Yugoslav Military Co-operation Treaty
Which includes: Military Access to both parties parties, free license production of Serbian military hardware for Croatia and vice versa, defensive pact and more.
4. Establishment of Serbo-Croatian Custom Union

If you agree, we would like to invite you to come to Belgrade to discuss this fully, and to resolve our issues in the name of unity of Yugoslav people.

Neželimo gubiti previše vremena objašnjavajući. Naši preci su uradili mnoge stvari koje su imale veoma razdražljiv zdjel na odnose nasih dveju država, ovo je nizbežno, razorno uticalo na snagu naših dveju država.
Moramo hrabro i ambiciozno ispraviti ovu neispavnost u našim odnosima. Moramo raditi kao jedan u cilju ostvarivanja mirnog, snažnog i bogatog Balkana.

U ime navedenog, mi preporocujemo iduće,

1. Uvoziti tekstil i napojnice, a zauvrat ćemo ponuditi dva od sledećih izvoznih roba koje su nama na raspolaganju: pribor za gradjevinski materijal, ugalj, maline, traktore, hardver i softver)
2. Stvaranje Ugovora o Slobodnoj Trgovini
3. Uspostavljanje Jugoslovenskog Vojnog Saveza
Koji uostalom ubraja: SLoboda vojnog kretanja među članicama, slobodna licensa proizvodnje oruzja imeđu svih država potpisnica, odbrambeni savez itd...
4.Uspostavljanje Srpsko-Hravtske Carinske Unije.

Ako se slažete, predlažemo da se sastanemo u Beogradu da u potpunosti razradimo ovu tematiku, u ime jedinstva Jugoslovenskih naroda.

The Croatian delegation arrives at The Palace of Serbia in Belgrade. The driver opens the car door for the prime minister Andrej Plenković . The prime minister walks down the red carpet to the King of Serbia and shakes the hand of the King.

"It is a pleasure to meet you King Aleksander II. My name is Andrej Plenković the prime minister of Croatia"

Hrvatska delegacija stiže u palaču Srbije u Beogradu. Vozač otvara vrata automobila premijeru Andreju Plenkoviću. Premijer šeće crveni tepak Kralju Srbije i rukuje kraljem.

"Zadovoljstvo mi je upoznati vas s kraljem Aleksandrom II. Moje ime je Andrej Plenković, premijer Hrvatske"

"Im delighted to meet your excellecny, we have many great things to talk about" Says Alexandar II as he leads the way threw the hall of palace of Kradjordjevic's dynasty.

With mass amount of people and journalists comming to see the unbelievable event taking place. In the hall Alexandar II would give a short talk "We are delighted to have this historic event happen. Today we will represent what our fathers teached us "forgive others". We Serbian people will put Christian values in the first place, where it says "love your neighbour as you love yourself". May this event be an example of international diplomacy that should be practiced between nations tied into nationalist conflicts"

Alexandar II would give Andrej Plenkovic to talk before leaving to his office where both leaders will talk about the issue they met for.

"First of all a big applause for the speech. It is time to forgive each other for what happend in the past. It will take time to heal from past but it is also time to let it go and move on. We can't change what happend in the past. Our country's paid the price for those mistakes that happend in the past but also learned alot from those mistakes. It is time to forgive each other and time to move on. We came here today to rebuild our diplomatic and economic relationship. This relationship will make you and us strong again. Thank you"

The crowd applauds loud for the speech. The king and president give each other a hand and leave together to the king's office.

"As you know, the pride of old Tito's Yugoslavia with all its "conspiracies" was always remembered as golden era." - He would pause.

"That was due to co-operation of both countries, we where working together as one, military and economy wise. For such puropose we dont need to be one country to do this."

"I am looking what can benefit us together, i dont want to see foreign powers making intrigues in the Balkans anymore, im sick of it!"

"We are both Yugoslavs, we both understand each other fluently, we need to work together tightly." He pauses

"In the name of that cause, we would like to, sign following FTA"

Alexander II would get a paper from his desk and show it Andrej Plenkovic.

Free Trade Agreement

Pact of Cooperation and Trade Agreement
Between
Supervised Monarchy of Serbia
And
The Republic of Croatia
On Trade, Commerce and General Cooperation

The government of Supervised monarchy of Serbia and the government of Republic of Croatia: (hereinafter referred to singularly as “the Party” and collectively “the Parties”),

RECOGNIZING the existing friendly relations between the two countries,

FURTHER RECOGNIZING the importance of trade and commerce in the development of the economies of both countries;

DESIRING to strengthen and further develop exchange between the two countries in the field of trade, commerce, science, development and commercial/military industry; and

BELIEVING that such cooperation would serve their common interests and contribute to the development of their economies in both countries;

RECOGNIZING the different comparative advantages in production and manufacturing of both countries,

HAVE AGREED as follows:


1.The purposes of this Pact of Cooperation and Trade Agreement is to intensify the commercial and financial exchange between both Parties in order to broaden and expand their respective economies.

2.Both Parties agree upon extending limited tax and tariffs incentives to companies and ventures of their counterpart who want to invest and start business in each other territory.

3.The Parties agree upon the creation and establishment of joint Chamber of Commerce, which main goal will be the promotion of bilateral trade and commercial exchange.

4.The Parties agree upon the creation of a joint committee in order to identify projects and areas in which cooperation, in all its forms, can be of use for both countries.

REVISION, MODIFICATION AND AMENDMENT

1. Either Party may request in writing a revision, modification or amendment of all or any part of this Trade agreement.

2. Any revision, modification or amendment agreed to by the Parties shall be in writing and shall form an integral part of this PC/TA.

3. Such revision, modification or amendment shall come into force on such date as may be determined by the Parties.

4. Any revision, modification or amendment shall not prejudice the rights and obligations arising from or based on this PC/TA before or up to the date of such revision, modification or amendment.


ENTRY INTO FORCE, DURATION AND TERMINATION

1. This PC/TA shall come into force on the date of signing remain in force indefinitely unless otherwise termination of the PC/TA was mutually agreed.

2. Notwithstanding anything in this Article, either Party may terminate this PC/TA by notifying the other Party in writing through diplomatic channels at least one (1) month prior to its intention to do so.

3. Unless otherwise agreed by the Party's in writing, the termination of this PC/TA shall not affect the implementation of any cooperative activity undertaken under this PC/TA and not yet completed at the time of the termination of this PC/TA.

Balkan Union

This document represents what Balkan Union is.

BASICS

1. Term Balkan Union reffers to geographical location on which the alliance
is located in, and of whom is reason of co-operation such.

2. Balkan Union/alliance, was first created in 1912 in a war against Turks, after war ended alliance
crumbled and so did the Balkan nations did overtaken by foreign influence.

3. Balkan Union is to provide eceonomical, culturual and military co-operation between the nations in the Union

4. Goal of Balkan union is: Stability, peace, prosperity and strength of Balkans against foreign influencers.

5. Balkan Union is not IDEOLOGICAL based but GEOGRAPHICALLY and CUTLURALY based union, since Balkan nations all
share common culturure as well as territory, with idea of what was said at (4)

AGREEMENT
Balkan Union consists of all parties in union to agree on following:

1. Free military access agreement by all parties in the union

2. Free license production of equipment of all parties in the union with exception of selling licensed equipment of other parties

3. Defensive Pact of parties in the union

4. Customs union

5. Economic co-ordination and co-operation between union members

6. Cultural co-operation between union members.

7. Diplomatic consolidation of all parties in union

After hearing the creation of the Balkan union was Andrej Plenkovic positive about the idea. " I really like the Balkan Union idea. It will make the balkan strong. Although i really like the idea but it's up to the President and the government to decide if we will agree to join the B.U. or not. I will make sure the B.U. will be discussed in the parliament. I want to thank you for this meeting. I hope after this meeting our people will reconnect with each other."

The king and the Prime minister shake each others hand. The king wishes the Prime minister a safe journey to Croatia. The Prime minister gets in the car and leaves the palace. The prime minister and the delegation will arrive around 11PM at the parliament.

The Prime minister arrives at the parliament and discusses the B.U. idea with the President and decided to let the Parliament vote tomorrow for whether we should join the B.U. or not.

We would like to request use of your naval port in Split for trade and commerce, as well as for building our own vessels for trade and commerce. And possibly for building naval forces in future. Could we any way give you something for sake of it? Our nation is starving for access too sea, we have no one else to tourn to but to our brotherly ally Croatia.

In meantime we would like to offer propousal of the flag of balkan alliance. We have atteched flag onto the message."
