To the Honorable Minister of Foreign,

Greetings,

We would like to open formal relations with Israel, especially considering the current situation in the middle east, I believe its the most crucial time to do it. Would it be possible to be inform of this situation by yourself? In order for us to form a official position.
We want to know every side of this issue, however we believe that in Israel is in dire need of assistance?

The Secretary of State would be invited to a call by Fourth Deputy Prime Minister Mansour Abbas, the call would occur on an encrypted line as he leaned back into his office chair awaiting a response from the Spanish Government. He was joined on the call by his assistant who was positioned next to him to take notes.
