To Whom It May Concern,

The Russian Empire's recent request of a 20,000,000,000.00$ loan paid over 8 months was denied and instead a counter 'offer' of 12,000,000,000.00$ was given by your company. The reason for this was due to, I quote: "Our records show that an outstanding balance of $7,312,500,000.00 is owed by the Russian Empire for an existing Credit Agreement. Our systems are showing that you have three more payments on your account. As a result, we're only able to loan you $12,000,000,000.00 at this time. To continue, please accept the pending bank transfer addressed to Russia." As you know, we have denied the transfer as this statement is false. Yet as Sparrow Industries has not updated their bank transfer, I have taken it upon myself to contact you.

Roughly 7 months ago, the Russian Empire took out a loan of 15,000,000,000.00$ from Sparrow Industries, with a repayment of 19,500,000,000.00$ owed throughout 8 months of repayment. As of next month, August 2000, this entire 19,500,000,000.00$ will be repaid with only 2,437,500,000.00$ remaining. I am unsure where this 7,312,500,000.00$ comes from but it appears your records are incorrect. As such, we ask that the loan of 20,000,000,000.00$ be transferred to Russia, as per requested.
