"Señoras, señores y ciudadanos del Globo. Es con gran pesar que debo hacer esta declaración. Como sabrán, México no es miembro de la Asamblea Global, pero sí vigilamos los asuntos globales. Después de mucha deliberación, El Gobierno de México ha llegado a una conclusión sobre la Crisis que involucra a Sudáfrica. Los recientes actos deplorables ocurridos en los últimos meses en la Asamblea Global han confirmado nuestra postura sobre si México debe hacerse miembro o no. Es claro para nosotros que la La Asamblea Global no es más que una Liga de Naciones diluida, no un sucesor de las Naciones Unidas. Las acciones del Reino de Suecia son horrendas. Los Estados Unidos Mexicanos Socialistas condenan y denuncian al Reino de Suecia. Que se sepa que nuestro Embargo Se mantendrá en su lugar. Se implementará una política absoluta de no comercio entre el Reino de Suecia y los Estados Unidos Socialistas Mexicanos. México también seguirá los pasos de los Estados Unidos y prohibirá todos los viajes a Suecia guarida. Esto incluirá a Sudáfrica. México reconoce la soberanía independiente de Sudáfrica y los ciudadanos de Sudáfrica. Durante años lucharon contra sus opresores y ahora están nuevamente sujetos a una potencia extranjera. ("Ladies, Gentlemen and citizens of the Globe. It is with a heavy heart that I must make this statement. As you may know, Mexico is not a member of the Global Assembly, but we do watch the global affairs. After much deliberation, the Mexican Government has come to a conclusion on the Crisis involving South Africa. The recent deplorable acts that occurred these past few months in the Global Assembly has confirmed our stance on whether or not Mexico should become a member. It is clear to us that the Global Assembly is nothing more than watered down League of Nations, not a successor to the United Nations. The actions by the Kingdom of Sweden are horrendous. The United Mexican Socialist States condemns and denounces the Kingdom of Sweden. Let it be known that our Embargo shall remain in place. An absolute no trade policy will be implemented between the Kingdom of Sweden and the United Mexican Socialist States. Mexico will also follow in the United States footsteps and ban all travel to Sweden. This will include South Africa. Mexico recognizes the independent sovereignty of South Africa and the citizens of South Africa. For years they fought against their oppressors and now they are once again subject to a foreign power. Mexico will not stand for this kind of barbaric colonialism. The Mexican Government is demanding the withdrawal of Swedish Armed Forces from South Africa, and for reoperations to be paid for this unjust occupation. The Kingdom of Sweden should not take this public message as a threat, but as a promise. Should you not remove your forces from South Africa, the global community will come crashing down on you. World Power of not, the Kingdom of Sweden can not match the combined strength of the global community. Congress has already made the approval to activate the Mexican Armed Forces. This is not a declaration of war, though it is a stern warning to let Sweden know we are ready to act and cooperate with our fellow global partners.)

México entiende que Suecia tenía la guerra declarada por Sudáfrica, pero con la falta de Fuerzas Armadas, Sudáfrica no representaba una amenaza para Suecia. (Mexico understands that the Sweden had war declared on them by South Africa, but with lack of an Armed Forces, South Africa posed no threat to Sweden. Mexico also understood the need to go secure the Swedish sovereign territory it held when war was declared. What Mexico condemns is the unjust invasion and unjust occupation of South Africa, when peace negotiations where attempting to be made. Sweden uses it's influence, economy, and military to bully and intimidate the weaker nations of the globe. Well Mexico is not intimidated, and to be fair, quite unimpressed. One way or another your pathetic regime will crumble. Tyranny is not the way to peace, pens are mightier than swords. To prove Mexico's point it was a Nordic Council member that proposed the Global Assembly resolution to have Sweden removed from South Africa. Even Sweden's allies are turning against them.)

México insta a todos sus ciudadanos a regresar a México de inmediato. Todos los vuelos a casa desde Suecia serán pagados por el Gobierno Federal Mexicano. (Mexico urges all it's citizens to return to Mexico immediately. All flights home from Sweden will be paid for by the Mexican Federal Government. Just like with the United States, all Swedish citizens residing in Mexico will be given priority access to return to Sweden. Unlike the United States, all Swedish citizens that do not comply and return home, will be detained and deported. Swedish citizens are not to be harmed and are to be treated fair and humanely, if deported. If any Swedish citizens are in Mexico on vacation, they will be fully refunded for hotels and other various expenditures. We do not blame the Swedish citizens for the actions of their Government. We welcome open communications with the Swedish Government and will not be closing our Embassy in Sweden. This statement comes without any prior communication with the Swedish Government. Thank you all for your time, we will not be taking any questions at this time.")
