Our military planners are somewhat hesitant towards accepting this bid and the load capacity of this truck is significantly less than the comparison model. However, we may purchase limited quantities of this truck. We have questions, however.


1. Are there other variants of this truck for carrying oil and water?

2. What is the troop capacity in the rear of the truck?

Thank you for your submission. We have decided to work with your government for the acquisition of these vehicles. The KrAZ 6322 and its variants meet our planning framework. We will be purchasing large quantities of these vehicles. However, given the size of the order we will place, we ask for limited domestic production rights. This will help produce the trucks at the speed required to outfit our military. One nation producing these vehicles alone would take an excessive amount of time.

The terms of the production will be that Japan and or its allies may produce these vehicles freely, under a Ukrainian observer at each facility producing these vehicles. Japan will pay directly to the Ukrainian state the value of the expected profits from each production. Ukraine will not stop and productions, change these costs, or otherwise interfere with production provided that Japan has paid Ukraine its owed profits prior to final completion of a production. This agreement will be adjudicated by the International Court of Justice.

This method will free the bureaucratic red tape associated with initiating, finalizing, and transferring each order between the states. We have found this arrangement successful and beneficial with large, continuous orders from one source. Our production of Russian military equipment in the past utilizing this method has proven its worth and we wish to replicate that success here. As a further incentive to produce under this framework, our government will pay an additional $5,000 for each vehicle produced this way.

Your observers will be able to block any productions your government feels we have not paid for. This letter will also serve as the contract between our nations. These numbers only represent our initial order estimations and are not binding to either limit or require our production.

Should your government agree to these terms, we will begin immediate production and your government simply has to sit back and receive your due profit payments without the hassle of productions.
