I hope this email finds you well and in good health. I am emailing regarding the US Korea Cooperation Agreement of 1997 which governs ROK-US Trade Relations. The Republic of Korea wishes to inform the United States in the spirit of the Agreement that we will begin trading two Morning Menad vessels from Busan and Nampo to the Ports of Oakland and Los Angelos respectively. Their cargo will carry automobiles produced in Korea and automobile parts. With this courtesy notice, our Government has submitted the respective trade routes accordingly to the international organizations responsible. As agreed, such trade will be tariff free and affirmed by the AKACA of 1997.
