Hello DHouseAlwyswyns

China, among other countries are something we would consider an "A-Class" country, which are prominent self sufficient countries that in the real world, are seen as world powers. These countries usually have a higher expectation to create roleplay, be involved in others and generally have a very active presence in the business and world stages.
If China is something you'd like to push ahead with, please would you be able to do a post on here of an example of a roleplay scene you would do as China?

8:55am pacific time, a Type 055 chinese destroyer, Renhai class, the Kunming, currently sails near the taiwanese mainland as a show of force that China is not be trifled with by smaller powers in the region. the destroyer plans to sail through and return back to mainland China after patrolling.

Chaoxiang, Kunming's captain oversees this endeavor. "This is your captain speaking, we are now near the contested Island, we will now proceed with our military drill to simulate a ship to ship attack from enemy forces, I will sound the alarm in 5 minutes, be prepared when ready." As everyone heard the announcement, the sailors scrambled to get ready.

It was a sunny morning, the destroyer sailed with relative peace. The Kunming state of the art weapons systems that smaller nations from the region don't have boasts its superiority from the rest, which gives the country even more reason to dominate smaller nations in the region, this increases the sailors willingness to take all drills seriously.

It's nearing the 5 minute mark, the crew are all prepared, the captain and officers too, and then, seconds later, the alarm sounded off. "General quarters, general quarters, comrades, man your battle stations!" Sailors rushed to their assigned places, from starboard to port, crewmembers loudly scrambled, shouting to their fellow sailors to hurry and move aside, stomping of military boots were everywhere. The officers in the bridge timed how long can the crew get to their assigned area, so far so good. As minutes passed everyone was ready. now, it is up to the captain on what happens next. An officer in the bridge said: "enemy ship sighted on radar, bearing 20 degrees northwest, approximately 1.1 nautical miles captain." then, the captain said: "Good, increase speed and head towards the target helmsman.", "Roger, increasing speed and heading towards the target captain."

The Kunming blazes through the sea, travelling at an increased speed, as if it's literally heading towards an enemy ship, ready to show it's claws and attack head on.

as the target slowly gets nearer and nearer the captain issued a last minute order to test the crews reaction capability, he then ordered, "tell the gunner to change to HE rounds immediately!." An officer responded: "Roger, captain." he then issued an order,"gunner change to HE round now!", "Aye sir!" The gunner crew then coordinated to each other to change to HE rounds. As the ship approached the target area the captain then instictively ordered to open fire, "Open fire on the enemy vessel!, "Aye captain!, The front gun then fired 5 HE rounds inside the target area, then another 5 rounds, then 3, then the firing stopped. Seconds later, a whistle was heard throughout the ship via speaker, this signaled the completion of the drill. the captain and bridge officers were satisfied, the drill was successful, the captain then reached out to an officer to hand him the phone, He then announced, "this is your captain speaking, congratulations comrades, the drill was successful, it was faster than the drill yesterday, good job." Most of the crew then congratulated themselves while some just want to go back to sleep. after a while the sailors casually go back to do what they were doing before the drill.

inside the bridge, the officers and captain began discussing another drill for the day after tomorrow and then discuss other important things.

The Kunming then sailed straight back to the mainland.
