I know there used to be a rule regarding keeping track of your national productions to insure everyone was being truthful with their productions or could easily double check on things. I know of a few instances where there have been clerical oversights regarding productions, equipment, and personnel recently and would like to propose we bring back the rule for ease of oversight on both staff's part and the user's part. While I understand for most of us who have been around awhile it will be a decent undertaking(except me because I've maintained mine to this date :D) but once it is done it will be easy to maintain. Attached below are some images of my own National Productions thread to show the potential of how easy it is and how I maintain my own records:

Thank you for all of your valuable input!

I really need an official rule to ensure I seriously keep track of my production and not play the guess game when updating the number several days after posting the completed. Ironically enough, I just realize that my numbers are off by 146 for many types of equipment combined.

What I do is just put the link to the production in my equipment list by linking it to the number of equipment I've got on the list. Just a suggestion for anyone thinking about how to do it, its a nice clean way of fulfilling OOC requirements in an IC thread. Even if it's not a rule, I've done it just so people can quickly and easily see and to reduce the amount of disputes or questions when it comes to roleplaying.
