Given the gravity of the incident and the potential strategic consequences, we respectfully request the opportunity to send a Russian Navy delegation to conduct a thorough inspection of the affected site. Additionally, we would appreciate your assistance in providing access to all relevant intelligence and any available forensic evidence surrounding the incident. Thank you for reaching out. A Russian investigative team would be very much welcome to join our investigation into the origin of this heinous attack. Egypt is currently organizing an international effort to deduce the perpetrator. Currently, American and Portuguese investigators are expected to join our teams in Egypt. All debris is currently being collected in one location and will not be permitted to be removed. All intelligence gathered, and all conclusions of the investigation will be available to all participating agencies. We consider this investigation one of our top priorities at this time. I hope this is agreeable and that Russian intelligence will join us in our pursuit of justice.
