Dear CEO (Drivindeath), With the recent blockage of equipment by the Kingdom of Sweden, the Ministry of Defence Procurement department have be evaluating the new for a replacement and have come to the conclusion that the Mowag Piranha IIIH MRV would be best suited. We understand the the Irish Republic operates such vehicle, therefore we agree to not sell these valuable pieces of equipment on to a further state. We would need a total of 193 units, we have priced them at $4,000,000.00 a unit for export which the Ministry of Defence have agreed with, would the Irish Republic be willing to sell? Good day, Timoney Technology would be able to produce these vehicles, given that Ireland operates these vehicles in their Defence Forces. However the issue would be the amount required. We can produce 20 Vehicles at a time. Our factory is not designed to produce a large shipment all at once. If this is something you want to still do, then we will begin production.

Dear CEO (Drivindeath), Thank you for the prompt reply, with the understanding that you can only produce 20 at a time which would mean the Netherlands Armed Forces would have to wait for a very long time to acquire the needed amount. Therefore the Ministry of Defence offers a solution, that the Kingdom of the Netherlands will pay the cost of the 194 units for the domestic production rights for the Piranha IIIH MRV, which means Timoney Technology Ltd would be up in profit due to the nature of the sale, as the Netherlands will also pay out the production costs. If this is something Timoney Technology Ltd can do, the Kingdom of the Netherlands will transfer the funds straight away. I recently deleted a production for the MOWAG Piranaha IIIH that was being created by JamieA (Netherlands). I did this, because it appears that JamieA tried to buy a DPR from Ireland (who is not the owner of the MOWAG Piranaha) so that he could produce this. JamieA, if you wanted to get a DPR for this product, I believe you would need to get it through a Swiss player, which we do not have. If you have any issues regarding this, please file a support ticket. I am going to reference the rules below that pertain to this issue - however, please feel free to continue RP in this thread. Nothing has been voided.

Economy Rules. 2. You might want to contact an owner for Domestic Production Rights (DPR) so you can produce certain products locally, removing your need to buy through third parties. This must be supported by diplomatic communications, but these rights are withdrawn if the owner leaves, transfers or is removed from the forums for any reason. While an operator cannot give out these rights, it might be cheaper to buy through them than the true owner but this is entirely at your own risk.
