New Account Benefits
- Receive a credit limit which will allow you to make purchases from Nexus under a 'Buy Now Pay Later' scheme for up to a month in advance.
- Purchase Goods or Services from Nexus Group.
- Be granted discounts for your custom, including a 5% discount of your first Defence order using discount code "NEWCUSTOMER".
Payment Terms
- The default Credit Limit is 100,000.00, this can be increased or decreased as per request based on your credit score. This means you have the facility to make an order under the 'PAY LATER' payment method and pay for the goods within the next calendar month.
- The Credit Limit will increase/decrease based on the credit check that is carried out by Nexus. Failure to pay on time will mean the Credit Limit will decrease, vice versa.
- Credit Checks are carried out on an account every year.
- If using the Pay Later option, you are given 2 months from the date of order to pay.
- For example, if you purchase in the middle of January, you will be expected to pay by the end of March.
- The Contract between Nexus Limited and the Customer (you) is formed when a Sales Order is provided and payment will be expected immediately or by the end of the following 2 month credit scheme depending on your Payment Method.
- Until Payment is received in full, all delivered goods are still officially property of Nexus Limited and are considered as 'leased' and can be recovered.
- Customers may request a cancellation of a Sales Order as long as the request is put in before any goods are delivered. Once delivered, the right to cancel is revoked.
- If the goods are damaged or not received, if evidence is provided then Nexus will re-send the package.
- Products sold by Nexus cannot be resold or exchanged.
- Nexus may provide quotations to organisations and countries seeking equipment, if this is the case, an account is created but until payment terms are agreed, other sales orders will not be fulfilled.
