However, what guarantee do you have that you'll receive your products? Governments collapse at a worrying rate, but if these governments collapse you'll not only not receive a product but lose the money you committed to it. That is where we come in. With Nexus Insurance you can choose a Bronze, Silver, Gold or one of our Business Packages which you will pay for monthly or annually and in return we will cover you for any scams, losses, damaged goods or collapses in government / business. We will give you the valued amount back if we're unable to recover the goods or debt ourselves.
What is the process for claiming Insurance?
You are only liable to make your claim if:
- You have lost money or products as a result of a a government or company mishap such as collapsing, damage to goods or another scenario that has led to them not paying or providing the goods.
- Military Equipment is lost due to accidents by no cause of your own or another country / business.
- The incident you are claiming for is after your purchase, you cannot claim retrospectively or if you join our package at the time the issue is occurring.
- Submit a claim using the "claim" Form.
- A representative will contact the country/company that is related to your claim, and try to recover the goods/money multiple times.
- If the goods are not claimed, Nexus will provide the money to recover or match the loss.
- If the goods were claimed, they would be organised to be sent back to the claimant.
