Greetings, I write to you with the intention of expanding trade relations between our two nations. We believe that a strong free trade agreement with the addition of a cultural exchange agreement will be the best way to open bilateral relations between our two nations. We are very interested in importing vehicles and machinery from Canada and in exchange we can offer:

1. Rubbers
2. Plastics
3. Crude Oil
4. Natural Gas
5. Tobacco

Further our ships will be able to handle all transportation of goods both too and from Canada all we need is a port of entry and pick up.

Dear Minister Onwuliri, Firstly I'd like to apologise for the late reply, I have been away from office on personal reason and I will be checking to find out why it has taken so long to get a reply to you. Canada would be more than willing to open up a trade route with Nigeria and would be more than willing to accept the following exports from yourself: Tobacco, Crude Oil and Natural Gas. Canada can offer the following exports for Nigeria: Gems, Machinery, Wood, Vehicles and Mineral Fuels, we'd be more than happy to accept any shipment to the following port: Port of Halifax, East Coast of Canada in return which port would you like the exports delivered to in Nigeria? It is of course nothing to worry about Minister Thomas. We certainly can understand such reasons and absences as I have endured my own. We are more so happy to hear of your reception to a trade route and larger scale trade agreement. We would be most interested in importing Machinery, Wood, and Vehicles from Canada. We would be more than happy to export tobacco, crude oil, and natural gas to Canada. We would have the goods delivered to Port Harcourt. I will immediately forward this information to the Nigerian International Trade Federation who will secure ships and shipping lanes for the transport of all the goods involved. We are happy to do this as our trade fleet is fully sized and optimal for shipping goods in our ports and sees, as they are protected by many patrolling vessels.

We would be happy to agree to a monthly agreement, this will suit the route given the size of ocean between the two ports involved. Further, I would like to formally invite and request Canadian attendance in the upcoming 2013 Summer Olympic Games. We believe these games will be a showcase of athletic feats to the world as well as highlight a new era of international cooperation. High international participation is indeed very important.

We thank you for the offer of the summer olympics however the Canadian Sport Ministry and Canadian Olympic Committee is going through some severe changes and cannons commit any athletes to any competitions any time soon however they have passed on their good luck to the organisers of the Summer Games and wish for a very good olympics!
